I, Leonardo Morel, have lived at Lincoln Ridge Apartments in unit 937 for 10 years and have had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, within walking distance to mall, Woodman’s, Walmart Princeton Club and close to public transit. The management staff, especially Stacie Gaustad and Heidi Dutan are incredibly responsive and polite. Maintenance requests are handled immediately by Don and the job is incredibly well done. The community is well-maintained and quiet. Highly recommended!" My apartment is modern, clean, and felt like home immediately. Now management has done a full remodeling of my apartment out of the blue that has me even more excited to live here. The property has great amenities like a gym/pool, which are always clean. Neighbors are friendly, and the area feels safe and secure. The attention to detail in the, apartment, from the appliances to the fixtures, made it worth every penny. Will definitely stay longer! Thanks so much Lincoln Ridge for being my dream home!

Of the NUMEROUS apartments I’ve rented over the years, Lincoln Ridge is The Best. Which is precisely why I’ve stayed a renter here for decadeS. I’m honestly stymied by the various complaints I’m reading here. • Office staff: Although I miss favorite staff members who’ve moved on — Hi Lisa! You’re still🥇to me! :-} — I’ve found Stacie & Heidi nothing but nice. Pleasant, HELPful, personable. :-) • Maintenance: When I’ve put requests for maintenance in? I’ve always received timely responses. • As I don’t own a vehicle right now, I can’t speak to parking, but when I DID own a car, I never experienced problems finding a spot to park. • Shoveling in Winter: The parking lot’s & sidewalks are always — ALWAYS — cleared right away. • The Grounds: Lovely, with nice mature trees. • This Neighborhood: So nice that when friends from Texas visited me last Summer, they were oohing & ahhing over how pretty it is. One cousin years back called the view from these hillside apartments, “panoramic.” Oh: yes, Lincoln Ridge Apartments are built near the top of hillsides. Factor in the flat-out gorgeous High Point public park at the top of the hill — some of the apartments border it — and the many green areas around, plus close proximity to rural, and this has got to be among the prettiest living areas in the city. • The Pool: It’s well-maintained. • Grocery Stores: Woodman’s, Walmart, & Aldi’s are right close by. A little further, Metcalfe’s near the West Towne Mall. [<- A Barnes & Noble is in the same strip mall as Metcalfe’s.] People will always find things to complain about, but gosh: honestly: the pros far outweigh any cons here.

I moved into this place on short notice, they were the only apartment with open leases when I was moving in (perhaps should have been a warning). I stayed there for 3.5 years during which I got to experience. When I first moved in the furnace filter was a thick carpet of mold. Mice coming in through a hole in my wall and when I complained they first blamed it on me. A bathroom fix that left holes between the flooring and the tub. And, strange oily residue appearing on walls (which I got charged for on move out) For the most part this didn't bother me, as the apartments rent was relatively low ~1200 in 2022 rasing about 100 dollars a year to roughly 1400 when I moved out. But I got quite annoyed when on move out it says that they will clean the carpet for free, but determine they need to replace the carpet due to 4 1-2 inch "stains" that they didn't even attempt to clean. I will admit that I could have cleaned deeper, if it was worth it to me but the fact that a non trashed apartment was able to use the entire deposit + pet deposit except for 70 dollars is absurd. Clawing back the deposit is not worth it to me, however if I can get ONE apartment to be left empty for one month from my review because someone chose a different apartment I would be happy. If you are coming up to work in the industry try your luck with some temporary housing, or a hotel before signing up with this slum lord. This makes me sad to write as well as I trusted Blake Capitol Corp as they had a winning name.

I lived in this complex from Oct 2011-Jan 2019. My reason for leaving was a relocation out of state for work. Now that I have to break in a new apartment and community I can say Lincoln Ridge was one of the best places I have lived. I am not saying the property is/was perfect. The windows leak terribly. But, putting plastic around them in the winter worked fine. A couple of my screens were bent and left gaps that allowed flies to come in. But, it was free entertainment/exercise for my cat. The bath tub always seemed to need to be re-grouted. My garage disposal never seemed to work but I never used it anyway. I had one of the oldest stoves on the property but it worked great! The gym was small and the equipment was not maintained properly. They are hard to get in touch with via phone (almost impossible unless they call you) but Amber always responded to my emails within a couple hours. Now for the positives. Maintenance was great. My requests were always followed up within 24hours MAX 48 (if follow up was necessary). Emergencies were treated as such. Called about no hot water once. A hot water heater was in within 4 hours. Called about heat not working was running within 2 hours. Called because when opening my window it “popped out.” It was our back into place the next day. Thank goodness that was in June! Haha! If I ever move back to Wisconsin I will definitely go back to renting from Lincoln Ridge! It has its faults but overall a great place to live!
