  So far so good! Moved my son in 4 days ago and Evonna was EXTREMELY helpful assisting this momma move her 6'7" baby boy to a new place. I had not applied for an apartment in 35 yrs so she helped make it seamless! Great apartment - top notch furnishings - great place to be!

  I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of communication and poor management at this property. I’ve now lived here for over seven months without a screen door, which means I haven’t been able to use my own porch since the day I moved in. It’s frustrating and honestly disheartening that something so basic has been ignored for this long. When I first moved in, everything seemed fine. But the moment I started submitting work orders, the problems began. My first request was for an outlet with no power. The second was a bathroom heater that didn’t work. The third was the missing screen door. After two weeks of follow‑ups, maintenance finally addressed the bathroom issues, and I appreciated that. But the screen door was once again forgotten. Then the drain system under my kitchen sink started leaking. I ended up fixing it myself because I knew if I waited, it would be ignored just like the screen door. It’s now been seven months—going on eight—and I still don’t have the screen door I was promised at move‑in. Today, July 14, maintenance entered my unit without notice, claiming they sent a mass email. I never received anything. A simple phone call would have made a huge difference, especially because I have rescue dogs that need to be secured before anyone enters. Instead, I was met with sarcasm and disrespect, as if I was asking them to personally call every tenant when I was clearly talking about myself. I was in my bedroom, in boxers, completely unaware anyone was coming in, while they stood in my kitchen like it was normal. I repeatedly asked them to leave so I could handle my dogs safely. The situation escalated because I was upset and felt completely disrespected. At the end of the day, I received no letter, no call, no warning about the entry. The office was closed, so I had no one to contact except maintenance. This entire experience has left me feeling unheard, disregarded, and honestly guilty for ever assuming things would be handled professionally. After months of patience, repeated follow‑ups, and even fixing issues myself, I’m left feeling like my concerns don’t matter to management. I shouldn’t have to fight this hard for basic communication, respect, and the completion of simple work orders. I genuinely regret trusting that things would improve, and I hope this review encourages the property to take accountability and treat tenants with the professionalism we deserve.
