  Great apartments that just need some TLC/updates. The actual building is well built and I haven't had any noise issues with neighbors! Office staff has been great! The appliances are all kind of cheap/outdated for the price and all of the windows are single pane so the apartment does get pretty hot during the day. The wall AC unit works okay but is also old and struggles to keep up. Overall I would recommend!

  Overpriced and Outdated. Cheapest materials used, snow removal is a joke, no central air, everything will break at some point, carpeted stairs after a 4 square foot entryway, mail doesn't get delivered half the time, and an ungodly amount asked for if you have to break contract. Parking is limited because people don't use their garages, dumpsters are always full, etc. These apartments needed an update 12 years ago, now it's just sad. The property managers are great, and I feel bad for them that they have to defend the obviously greedy nature of the company that owns this complex.

  It's an amazing place but soon has I say the rent price my world came down.... Almost 1000 a month ... :( it sucks reli trying to find a place with avoidable range and allow dogs and cats is hard... Maybe if they push their rent prices down 700 maybe I'll consider in an applying..
