  We love it here, the grounds are beautiful, it's affordable, maintenance is QUICK. All out neighbors are nice and quiet. The people in the office are so sweet . The sidewalks next to the grounds lead right to DT lake geneva. Right off 50 X 12 conveniently.

  I recommend working with anyone besides Kori. The other lady in the office was very helpful.

  Move in - busted shower head, busted AC, clogged garbage disposal. 1 month after move in two smokers moved into different units in my building and the smoke transfer is awful. Mngmt wants me to pay $4k to break my lease to get away from it or live in a hotbox for the next year. Would not recommend. Not at all worth the price point considering the lack of respect and support you'll receive if you have any issues. You can review Blake Capital groups (they own this place) history and they seem to operate like every other midwest slumlord that want all of our money for no effort.

  I haven’t had any complaints since living here. Other tenants are friendly, staff and maintenance are responsive and communicative. I was expecting a huge rent increase but was pleasantly surprised at the modest and understandable amount. Only having one AC unit in the summer is a bit inconvenient but if that’s all I have to complain about then there’s no question about my renewal

  We have been here over a year now and we love it! The staff is the best! They work so hard to make our community as perfect as can be, its almost like a little resort here! If somthing needs repared they are here in minutes to fix it. All of our Neighbors are great , it wouldnt be the way it is if it wasnt for the great staff!
