  I had the pleasure of working with Alissa on a recent transaction! From start to finish, she was fantastic to work with- very responsive, professional, and always easy to reach with quick, clear communication. She helped keep things moving smoothly and made the whole process feel collaborative, which isn't always a given in real estate! I'd happily work with her again and recommend her to any buyer or seller looking for an agent who's genuinely great to deal with on the other side of the table. You can tell she truly cares for her clients!

  Alissa was outstanding in helping me sell a property. My brother passed away, leaving a lake cabin to be sold at a distance from my house. It needed repairs, so Alissa arranged for it to be cleaned and started getting estimates; she clearly has a broad range of contacts to call upon in such a situation. During this process, we discovered there was much more to be done than we had anticipated. So I opted to sell "as is". Alissa identified a price that seemed fair to me yet brought potential buyers in and we quickly got a full price, quick settlement offer, exactly what I had hoped for. I had dreaded trying to get the property sold, but Alissa made the entire process virtually painfree. She took care of everything so I didn't have to make more than a few trips there. I can't recommend her highly enough!!

  Alissa was great to work with! She was so helpful when helping my husband and I buy our first home. She was easy to talk to, happy to answer any questions we had, and kept us informed during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Alissa to anyone looking to buy a home!

  Alissa helped us close on a house last month. She was absolutely stellar, went far above and beyond any real estate agent I've worked previously. She handled everything (often behind the scenes) and always had answers to my questions, helped negotiate on our behalf and had smart opinions for any situations that popped up. She knows the market and cares deeply about a job well done for her client. If we ever need real estate help in the future I will go straight to her and recommend my friends and family do the same.
