  Alissa was beyond helpful and professional. She got our family into our dream home for LESS than asking price. In this market that’s unheard of! She was competitive, trustworthy and thorough. I would recommend her over and over to anyone and everyone. We wouldn’t be where we are without her knowledge and expertise. Cherry on top she is personable, funny and truly cares about her clients on a personal level.

  Alissa is the most amazing realtor we have ever worked with. She treated us like we were her only client. Honestly we don't know how she does it. She never made us feel like we were using up all her time. She even dragged us to lunch when we had spent most of the day looking at homes. We saw 19 listings in 3 days. We were so impressed that we were sorry to see our time come to an end. Best part about Alissa is she doesn't dissappear afterwards. She stays in touch. She has come by our new place a few times now. She has become a valued friend as well as a fantastic real-estate connection. You won't go wrong with her. She busts her butt to make sure you get what you are looking for. Please remind her to eat and stay hydrated. She forgets and focuses on helping you find your forever home. So happy we found her. You will be too.

  I had the pleasure of working with Alissa on a recent transaction! From start to finish, she was fantastic to work with- very responsive, professional, and always easy to reach with quick, clear communication. She helped keep things moving smoothly and made the whole process feel collaborative, which isn't always a given in real estate! I'd happily work with her again and recommend her to any buyer or seller looking for an agent who's genuinely great to deal with on the other side of the table.   Alissa was outstanding in helping me sell a property. My brother passed away, leaving a lake cabin to be sold at a distance from my house. It needed repairs, so Alissa arranged for it to be cleaned and started getting estimates; she clearly has a broad range of contacts to call upon in such a situation. During this process, we discovered there was much more to be done than we had anticipated. So I opted to sell "as is". Alissa identified a price that seemed fair to me yet brought potential buyers in and we quickly got a full price, quick settlement offer, exactly what I had hoped for. I had dreaded trying to get the property sold, but Alissa made the entire process virtually painfree. She took care of everything so I didn't have to make more than a few trips there. I can't recommend her highly enough!!
