I have lived here for 3 years. Over the past year or so, maintance has not fixed things timely or at all in some cases. My walk way has been blocked for a month by two broken down cars that they are refusing to have moved.

We have had problems with the area involving an attempted break in, there are minor issues with the apartment itself, but over all not a terrible experience so far.

We have had endless Maintnece requests. Maintenance is awesome and incredibly kind here. Management however, seemingly does not care. We moved in May 2026 and had to pay $100 in vacant fees so you’d think that means the unit was up-kept…no. Our AC was completely broken from 6/30/26 - 8/11/26. Then once it was finally “fixed” we noticed about two days later our carpet was soaked in the guest bedroom. Turns out the condensation pipe was backed up and no one knew so all that nasty water went into the carpet in our guest room. I wish we used more caution before signing our lease at Plum Tree. The couple of conversations we have had with management by just walking into the office, (they ignore most of our phone calls) are conversations filled with empty promises. At this point, I don’t know what else to do and would at least like to give other people a heads-up/fair review.
