- BMBill MMay 1, 20261.0Maintenance requests go unresolved even when pointed out at move in. They cannot keep maintenance people employed because they are overworked, underpaid, or both. They do keep inauthentic "Midwest nice" people employed to smile in your face, and pretend like you should work with them on "being behind" for maintenance requests, but expect the rent is always paid on time. I would like to get void my contract with them. Any other resolution is unacceptable to me.

- MFMatt FillaApr 22, 20263.0Grounds are kept in good shape, but the appliances are very old, and there is no enforcement of any parking rules, such that all the spaces marked for visitor parking are constantly filled with residents' cars, which is not supposed to happen.
