  Moved out in March, and while I’m grateful to have moved on, it honestly makes me a little sad because I really wanted to love my parent living at Plum Tree. The neighborhood is cute, the location is convenient, and I truly think the community has a lot of potential. Has lots of cute features! When we first moved my mom in, Chris was wonderful to work with! Unfortunately, after that, communication became our biggest challenge with the office. 😔 9 months in a row, we were repeatedly charged a no renter's insurance fee even though we had provided proof of insurance multiple times. We dropped off paper copies, emailed the documents, and followed up so often that my sibling and I eventually created a folder just to keep track of all our correspondence. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered, although whenever we stopped by the office in person, the staff was always kind and assured us they would pass everything along to their assistant property manager. Unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved. When it came time to move, my sibling and I made the decision to relocate our parent. I emailed our required 60-day notice to vacate to Chris and Jason but never received a response. Later, during the renewal process, Janet seemed unaware that the notice had already been submitted, so I had to forward it again. (Side note: poor thing! She seemed like she genuinely tried to keep us and help. Sadly just too late☹️) I truly tried to give grace because I understand that property management can be challenging and offices can be short-staffed. However, after months of repeated communication issues and unresolved account concerns, it became difficult to feel confident that things were being properly handled. Overall, this review comes from a place of disappointment rather than anger. The neighborhood is genuinely charming, and I wanted our experience to match that! I truly hope communication and internal organization improve because I believe this community has the potential to provide a much better experience for its residents.

  Hot tub area and pool area are dirty and unkept. Wi does are filthy . No rules at the pool. Kids jumping off the fountain. Rent prices are NOT worth it!

  Moved in to our apartment in March. We’ve been extremely disappointed since the beginning…. But we are even more disappointed with the fact we go to turn on our air conditioning for the first time and it’s broken (something that should have been addressed before a new tenant moves in) it has been over a month and barely any communication on when this will be fixed. NEVER answer the phone. Extremely expensive for extremely low quality service and apartments- we have an “updated” unit but all it seems they did was paint over the old trim with cheap paint that chips whenever you touch it lightly. Save yourself the headache.
