  Overall it’s okay. Not too bad. Not great. Pros: -The pool is clean. -Maintanence is responsive and excellent. -Heat is included and there aren’t any problems with frost on the windows. -Indoor pest control is excellent. -If you get a good apartment spot your neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. -The scenery is beautiful and calming. -Pets are accepted. Cons: -The office management will do anything and everything to make you feel like you are dumb. -All types of smoking is rampant and people who smoke enjoy throwing their cigarettes and other smoking materials on the ground towards your unit and are never cleaned up. -If you ever run into hard times and have difficulty paying rent there is absolutely no flexibility and there will be attempts to evict you within the first month. -Rent cost is expensive for apartments from the 70’s that have cheap paint slapped on the walls and outdated cabinets/appliances. There isn’t anything really worth the rent price tag of nearly $1,300 (starting) besides the pool and quiet area. -The mosquitos are crazy bad so it’s hard to enjoy being outside once they come out at dusk. -The pool “manager/guard?” I don’t know what you want to call her…will question if you have keys to the pool which is off putting as you need to actually have a key to get into the locked pool. -You will not get your security deposit back. Doesn’t matter how clean you leave your apartment when you leave. -Some neighbors that are upstairs are allowed to be extremely loud at all hours with their children running around. -The washer/dryer’s that you have to pay for are broken often. -There are plenty of convenience fees and late fees.

  Moving out this summer was not an easy decision. I have truly enjoyed living here. The property has been quiet, clean, and problem-free, and I sincerely appreciate the care and management that has gone into maintaining it. It has been a very positive experience for me. I’m Very fortunate to have found this complex

  Do not move here! They do not work with you, and if you have any issues with the office they do not work with you. Laura is very unprofessional and does not know how to speak with people! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
