Great place to live! Pool was awesome. The office is very responsive and fixes problems within 24 hours. Would recommend to anyone moving to the area

It was a great experience living at Briarwick CCD g apartments. It sure was a blessing working near my school and it was walking distance. By BBBbv My very and I made many memories when C vI rented the hall. It was updated and very nice. The place was always cleaned and the area was safe to walk with my little Chihuahua. Having a washing machine and dryer was just perfect I want to say thank you to Greg and Joyce for all you helped me and my mom.

I have friends that live here and every time I come over to visit there is a Heavy Majuaina smell in and around many of the units. My friends tell me management is not helpful with this issue which is interesting being that it technically isn't even legalized in Wisconsin .

What a wonderful place to live. Great management, neighbors are thoughtful and courteous. Fantastic pool. I do miss the Packer parties, but I realize COVID has changed everything. It is actually so quiet at night sometimes it's difficult to sleep.
