  I lived at this property for 2.5 years and was disappointed by both my experience as a resident and the move-out process. After moving out, I was charged $1,080 for damages, including repainting costs after more than two years of occupancy. During my residency, there were several ongoing issues that negatively affected my quality of life: • Excessive noise from dogs throughout the property, including dogs left on balconies late at night and early in the morning. • Thin walls and poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear conversations and noise from neighboring apartments and hallways. • Frequent car alarms and other disturbances that regularly interrupted sleep. • No bedroom light fixture was provided, yet I was later charged for holes associated with installing one. • Annual rent increases and a $175/month garage parking fee during the winter season. • A very small dog park that often had a strong odor from accumulated dog waste. • An uncomfortable community environment at times due to disruptive resident behavior. The most concerning issue occurred when my dog was attacked by two other dogs on the property. Only one of the dogs was removed, while the other continued to be brought to the dog park. The incident left my dog with lasting anxiety around other dogs. When I requested security footage related to the attack, management declined to provide it. Overall, these experiences significantly impacted my satisfaction as a resident. The unexpected move-out charges combined with the ongoing issues during my tenancy left me with a negative impression of the property. Prospective tenants should carefully consider both the living conditions and the move-out process before signing a lease
