- MSMs SharAug 8, 20261.0Loved the peace and quiet but now I’m Really starting to not feel safe around here anymore. Maintenance is AMAZING and comes right away. I’m never late for rent and had one delay I feel like I was harassed for payment even with a never late history, Kenzie in the office is nice and supportive.
- ESEmma SenkbeilJul 28, 20261.0the place for you if you want rats in the winter! you can hear them squeaking in the walls/pipes and the apartment manager will try to gaslight you by saying ‘it’s impossible’ even when you’ve got video evidence. policy says non-smoking, but somehow the halls always smell like marijuana, cigarettes, and hot garbage. if you live on the bottom floor you will hear every single step your upstairs neighbor takes. you’ll be paying luxury prices for the slum experience, and you’re expected to be thankful for it. good luck.
