  This is my second time living in the Statesman Apartment! I obviously love them since i came back. The apartment is very spacious and well set up. Them being pet friendly is a game changer for me since i have 2 dogs, one of which is typically a restricted breed. I have never once felt shame for it like i did other apartments. He and i were both welcomed with open arms! The dog park is very nice, and convenient! Both dogs love to run in the fenced in area. Moving in each time was a breeze! One of the times i moved in it had to be a quick process, and it was. Makayla and Linsey were both very informative, responsive, and helpful all around! Whenever maintenance is needed, it’s always efficient, quick, and convenient. Jeremy is the best maintenance guy i have ever had! He is very knowledgeable and always accommodating. I would highly recommend the Statesman apartments!

  I lived in this apartment complex for several years, and my experience was always excellent. Initially, I lived there for two years, and we had to move because my husband needed a garage for his ATVs. However, the service and quality of life we experienced at Statesman were so good that we decided to return. Overall, Statesman Apartments offers a stable, peaceful, and safe environment. The common areas are kept very clean, and residents are generally respectful of the shared spaces. One of the highlights is the maintenance service. The staff is very diligent and responds quickly whenever there is an issue or repair needed in the apartment. The monthly rent payment system is very convenient and easy to manage through the resident portal. In addition, they have an excellent clubhouse available for private events or gatherings. Ms. Linsy Nelson, the Property Manager, treats all residents with respect and always makes an effort to address each resident’s individual needs in a professional and kind manner. Another feature that provides great peace of mind is the secure package delivery system and the controlled-access entry doors in each building, which is especially valuable for families with teenage children. Overall, I highly recommend Statesman Apartments as a peaceful, safe community with excellent resident services.

  Great place to move in! Very through background check helps maintain nice environment and amenities to live. Units are quite modern with a ton of storage in kitchen and closet, plus nice heated additional storage space available to add. Patio/balconies are very roomy even with full size grill on it, thats is not common.Club house, gym, grills and pet areas are very well maintained, overall great feel of the place. Location is quite nice too, close to freeway, but not close to hear any noise, close to all sort of dining and shopping, but again doesn't attract drive through attention to apartments neighborhood. If you like like to walk/jog/run in safe environment can't be safer than well maintained trail around Northwestern bank nearby, full total trail length est. 2 miles+, but shortcut all around. Great place with small kids as well as childcare facility in short walking distance nearby. If decide to move in get an underground parking spot, won't regret it, it's nice and heated, and no worries for walking, elevators are in every building. Overall, great place to live!
