  We love it here! We’ve been living here for 2 years now. Linsy, Makayla, Jeremy and Larry are all incredible individuals who have a lot of empathy and care, and make a sincere effort to make the Statesman Community the best place to live in Franklin. We hope to stay here for many more years to come, and always recommend it to friends who are planning to move into the area!

  This is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in, the management is so kind, responsive, and fair. And you can tell they care about all tenants so much. The amenities are great, they're clean, spacious, and easily accessible. And the apartments are lovely. They’re up to date, clean, give you enough space, and the property is beautiful so the view out of your windows is always pleasant. There’s a great community here too, the neighbors I’ve met have all been very nice. I feel like the cost of rent here is completely worth it, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

  This is my second time living in the Statesman Apartment! I obviously love them since i came back. The apartment is very spacious and well set up. Them being pet friendly is a game changer for me since i have 2 dogs, one of which is typically a restricted breed. I have never once felt shame for it like i did other apartments. He and i were both welcomed with open arms! The dog park is very nice, and convenient! Both dogs love to run in the fenced in area. Moving in each time was a breeze! One of the times i moved in it had to be a quick process, and it was. Makayla and Linsey were both very informative, responsive, and helpful all around! Whenever maintenance is needed, it’s always efficient, quick, and convenient. Jeremy is the best maintenance guy i have ever had! He is very knowledgeable and always accommodating. I would highly recommend the Statesman apartments!

  I lived in this apartment complex for several years, and my experience was always excellent. Initially, I lived there for two years, and we had to move because my husband needed a garage for his ATVs. However, the service and quality of life we experienced at Statesman were so good that we decided to return. Overall, Statesman Apartments offers a stable, peaceful, and safe environment. The common areas are kept very clean, and residents are generally respectful of the shared spaces. One of the highlights is the maintenance service. The staff is very diligent and responds quickly whenever there is an issue or repair needed in the apartment. The monthly rent payment system is very convenient and easy to manage through the resident portal. In addition, they have an excellent clubhouse available for private events or gatherings. Ms. Linsy Nelson, the Property Manager, treats all residents with respect and always makes an effort to address each resident’s individual needs in a professional and kind manner. Another feature that provides great peace of mind is the secure package delivery system and the controlled-access entry doors in each building, which is especially valuable for families with teenage children. Overall, I highly recommend Statesman Apartments as a peaceful, safe community with excellent resident services.
