The maintenance team have always been fast and extremely efficient. We had a small leak in a bathroom and they were able to fix everything that day. We’ve had a washer failure and the team was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 days. They have always been nice and understanding. Great team!

Jackie was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in her role as a leasing consultant. She took the time to show me around the apartment and answered all my questions with patience and confidence. Her excellent customer service made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a leasing consultant!

So far every step of the process has been made so easy we worked with Cara and she made everything stress free. Having a wife with disabilities there is always a concern with accomodations and Cara made sure our needs were being met. The apartments are a really good size and have everything you could need. Would highly recommend considering River Hills

Cara was awesome! We went on a tour of an apartment. She explained the differences between the floor plans. She showed us all the amenities, was excited about our pets. She was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable about the property. Can’t wait to move in.
