  By far the best place I’ve had the opportunity to call home! Property is so beautiful/well taken care of. The staff is so kind and very helpful when needed! They made the experience even better. The application/acceptance process was smooth. Upon moving in, the process was easy, and the apartment itself was very well cleaned/maintained when I arrived. My move-out was also the same, very easy and no complications. If I had the opportunity to come back, I would! Definitely 10/10.

  Clogged toilet … tried ourselves unsuccessfully for 3 days. Finally contacted apartment on a Friday and they did not fix until the following Wednesday .

  I had a great experience living here. The rent is extremely reasonable and honestly on the cheaper side for how large the one bedroom apartments are. The property is well maintained and the amenities were very nice such as the gym, grill area, fire pits, and pool. I was hesitant at first moving in here as I have a high energy dog and not having immediate access points to walks outside the community was a concern. However, the property itself is fairly large and ended up being a decent walk for my dog. There are several other great walking points just a minute drive away. While the property itself is great, the real reason I am writing this review is the property management team. I have not lived at a more well run property. Jessica and Jackie were not only so professional but extremely friendly as well. The management here was super flexible and reasonable and actually willing to work with tenants on concerns. My only complaint was that my appliances in the kitchen were pretty dated - but again, the rent was pretty cheap so it was a trade off I was willing to accept. I highly recommend this place.
