  OWNERS BEWARE! Go with any other company! I was unfortunately fooled by the good rating of general. They were terrible and unethical I hired them to manage 1 of my properties. They found two tenants for me and a MONTH LATER they told me I should maybe find a different company to manage them because they had made them upset. I said that I would like to proceed with them. 6 months later they informed me with 30 day notice that they were no longer going to manage my property. The reason they give were because the tenants THAT THEY PICKED we too difficult and they were not making enough money!!!!! Soooo unethical to pick tenants and then cut the owner because you weren't making enough. On top of that they double booked a job that I had to find there error ($400 later) AND most of the descriptions of their jobs were "COMPLETED." So I was spending tons of money with no idea what for. I'm sure they will respond with some "justification" of their garbage but again this company is trash, terrible and unethical.

  Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Moved out and left the property far better than when I moved in. The old landlord didn’t even finish putting the place together but I needed a rental fast. Here John takes over and I moved out only for my security deposit and my water deposit to be forfeited now because it wasn’t 28 days notice. Some slum lord tactics I see.

  Two years after enlisting General Property Management, I continue to be very pleased with my decision. The communication has been excellent even though I live across the country. Their ability to attract the proper tenants has been key to preserving the property. They quickly communicate my tenant’s requests. They also worked to obtain second opinions on preserving a tree that I wanted badly to keep, eventually finding an arborist with a similar vision. Everything is handled quickly. Finally, the rates are so reasonable for the services they offer - you won’t have any regrets enlisting their services.

  Awesome group of people who are great to work with. They do a great job making sure the rentals they manage are taken care of and any issues that arise are handled in a professional and timely manner. I would 100% recommend them to rent from.
