  Been living here since 2024, and the apartments are very nice and the property management is very professional and responsive.

  Cons: Dogs: We love them, they're great companions, but when your neighbors dog barks constantly all day it becomes an issue in an apartment setting. The garbage cans: People around here do not take care of the garbage. They throw it on the ground, they put it in the hallway, it seems to end up anywhere besides the dumpster. People who move out: This has happened multiple times since I've been here. People who move out leave their left over belongings just in the hallway. Then it just sits there for weeks on end. There's still multiple items in the hallway of the floor of my apartment that have been there at least 2 weeks. My upstairs neighbor has a treadmill: The end. The maintenance crew seems inexperienced. A neighbor of mine watched them fumble replacing her fridge water filter. Which is extremely easy to replace. They broke her fridge trying to replace it. The bathroom paint is not durable at all. Peels extremely easily. Pros: Washer and dryer in the unit. They're not top of the line. They break easily. But they work. The other appliances are very good. Fridge stove dishwasher and microwave are all nice looking and perform well. Hard floors. Easy to clean, they seem durable. Recessed porches on the upper levels. You dont have to stare at your neighbor as you relax in the sun. Underground and above ground parking. Both are decent as long as the neighbors don't park like 15 year olds who just got their learners permit. I loved the old property managers that used to be here. Very responsive, didn't accept people abusing the rules. They would absolutely respond to calls about smoke, loud music, any issues at all really. The new property managers....eh....not horrible...not great either... seem very indifferent to issues going on.

  My partner and I have lived here for close to 2 years now and have had an incredible experience with the property manager Jason! He has been incredible through the ups and downs of living here. He needs a raise y'all! Thank you Jason for being awesome!

  What a great experience so far! I’ve been here for about two weeks now and from the beginning, the property manager Jason has been nothing but a huge help. The townhouse is beautiful, the property is very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend everyone to move here if you can!

  We moved to the area and this was one of the first places we looked at to rent. To be honest, nothing else compared to this unit. We looked at others but always came back to this unit. Updated appliances, everything, looks so new, clean and well kept. We didn’t have an appointment scheduled but Jason went above and beyond making time for us, letting us tour a unit, answered all my questions. We signed a lease & just moved in. By far the easiest process I have ever went through while renting. The property is so well kept, clean. Jason has been in contact with me several times making sure everything is going smoothly, very professional. You can tell he really cares about this property and the people who live here. There’s not a single question he hasn’t been able to answer. He really does go above and beyond. We look forward to living here & calling this place home. Thank you so much Jason for all you did to make this process seamless! You absolutely rock!
