  Jason was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. Since I’m moving from out of state, he took the time to do a thorough walkthrough of the apartment, answered every one of my questions in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make this a smooth experience. Great customer service like his is hard to find, and I truly appreciate everything he did. Highly recommend working with Jason!

  Jason was very helpful in getting me approved and into the townhouse that I wanted. The townhouse is very up to date with everything and has newly updated appliances. I have no regrets about moving here and plan to stay for a long time. Very peaceful neighborhood also with nice neighbors.

  It is bittersweet to say goodbye to The Residences at Bear Tree after calling it home for the past two years. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories we made here and truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. One of the biggest reasons our experience was so positive was because of Jason, the property manager. From the very beginning, he was welcoming, kind, professional, and always willing to help. No matter the situation, he treated us with respect and made us feel valued as tenants. He always responded promptly, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. As we prepared to move out, Jason once again went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and easy. Having someone who is so dedicated and compassionate makes all the difference, and we are incredibly thankful for everything he has done for us over the past two years. Living at The Residences at Bear Tree has truly been a wonderful experience, and we will always look back on our time here with gratitude. Thank you, Jason, for all of your hard work, kindness, and professionalism.   My family and I have lived in this complex for 2 years now and we love it! We can’t wait for a 3bed townhouse to open up and when it does we’re jumping immediately! Jason has always been so kind and so very helpful with anything we need! We recommend Bear Tree Living to anyone and everyone!
