  Jenna Sampont is a disrespectful “manager”. Her absolute hit was: “If you don’t like it here, why don’t you buy a house?”. Or: “You had a problem before and you are on a month to month lease…” As for Don Gillespey it took him only 8.5 years to register us on their website for maintenance requests😂. Every winter there is a problem with the heat. In 2024 the entire building was without any heat or hot water for a few weeks. When asked for compensation the answer was: “We offered residents alternative options, such as access to our model apartment for showering so no compensation”😂 So don’t be fooled by picturesque surroundings like we have been. Inside there is a sickening reality made by management and constant heating problems. That disrespectful attitude from Jenny and Don made us feel discriminated against and uncomfortable to ask for anything. No betterment was offered to us for 10 years. We wouldn't recommend this place for renting. Our response to the owner: you never let us defend ourselves against any complaints. When we tried we were ignored by Don or experienced Jenna's rudeness. And it is why we feel discriminated against by them. "This is a welcoming and respectful environment for all"😂

  My recent experience with Woodmere Townhomes was highly disappointing, primarily due to the conduct of one of their leasing agents, Jenna. From the beginning, Jenna’s emails were dismissive, and her attitude was far from professional over the phone. I submitted all the necessary documentation, including details about my income, but it was clear that Jenna did not process my application correctly or take the time to understand my financial situation. She just proceeded to state in emails that she had told me about the 3 times income requirement to rent there while we toured the unit. After requesting to speak with someone else due to her unhelpful approach, Jenna called me back herself. During this final call, she attempted to justify her poor attitude by explaining the “extent” of her responsibilities, as if this somehow validated the way she had treated me throughout the process. Her explanation only left me laughing at the absurdity of the situation. It was evident that she was more interested in defending herself than in addressing my concerns or providing a satisfactory resolution. This entire experience has left me questioning the customer service standards at Woodmere Townhomes. I strongly urge management to review Jenna’s conduct, as her behavior is not reflective of the level of professionalism one would expect from a company in the property management industry. Applicants deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and it’s clear that Jenna fell short of these expectations. I honestly recommend any veterans to stay as far away from this place as possible until they hire a new leasing agent.

  I wouldn't rent here nor recommend anyone else to. If you have over a 740 credit score, make double or more of the monthly amount every two weeks, never been evicted it's best to look elsewhere. They have you pay the app fee and give you an email list long of the run around. I'm happy I found a better place..... I know they will respond to this and fortunately for them I can't. Renters read reviews and take caution...you can spend that $25 on lunch 😁
