They do not honor their contract, and will charge you $1000s of dollars in move out charges with no damage to the apartment, "prices can change at any time" so charging 300% over what your contract says is just fine with them. And they will not communicate with you.

- TGTORI GIBSONDec 30, 20184.0These are nice apartments, but just like with anything there are goods and bads,, first it's gated but it is true they don't always work to keep people out, but the exit always opens so we are not stuck inside.. The Apts are nice, great style, but the walls are a bit thin, so you do hear almost everything, and they will be able to hear you.. The pool is seasonal, but the hot tub is open year round, the gym is clean and has a good amount of different equipment, the staff are always nice to me, but maybe because I've always been nice to them... It is sometimes a problem to have all dog owners pick up their animals feces.. But for the most part it's clean... There is covered parking for one of your cars, and I've never had a problem with getting my own spot..
