- SMSeven MountainJul 17, 20261.0The sales & construction team was great and made the buying experience smooth. The maintenance on the house and the post-buying care has been left to be desired. Toll brothers inability to have the right vendor for trades and appliances starts showing up quickly. We have been dealing with a poorly finished deck which we have given up any hopes to fix. Now the heater unit has failed and Toll Brothers have given us the run around bouncing between their installation vendors and manufacturers. Don't even get me started on their hardwood floors. I hope they can get their act together and support their buyers after selling them these expensive homes.
