It looks nice but does not function nicely. From the get go we had issues contacting anyone beause there was 2 people and they where so busy they couldnt respond to emails or answer phones. When we finally managed to get in because we where desperate and this was the ONLY place in town that diddnt have stains in the photos for the tour. We were told would be getting one appartment then ended up getting the same size just on a different floor than we where told we would be on. our door locks never worked, we could get the key in but the locks would not turn. Management was unsure of what we wanted them to do about it and that was the end of it it was never resolved. When we moved in we where told everything was new and no one had been lived in the apartment yet but we had issues with the washer screeching but the matinece guy didn't know how to fix it so it diddnt get done. The machines when running are so loud they cause headaches they dont work ether, our clothes had to be ran through the dryer multipletimes to dry stuff. Parking is the worst if you are not home after 5 there are next to no spots and if you are home after 7 there will be nothing. They helped fix this by painting spots on the side of the building where people where already parking, and then painted 5 visitor only parking on spots by the front office. The ac units are not in all rooms but they are connected so if one is off then the other will turn off after about 5 minutes and good luck getting them to cool your apartment evenly ether one will blow ice and the others will blow air of some temperature so good luck getting comfortable. The bathroom is interesting the vent turns on when the lights turn on (cool) but are on a motion sensor and it turns off after 2 minutes. Its also picky so you get to reach from the toilet as far as you can and swing one arm while the other is holding the counter so you dont fall off the toilet to get the fan going again so you can have fresh air. The water pressure is terrible its nothing more than a dribble and when we called the office their response was "oh its so water doesn't get wasted". The walls are thin so be prepared to hear private conversations, regular conversations or sexual encounters of all your neighbors. Paying rent is a joke you can not pay early. You pay online and get charged a $5 service fee and if you need to make split payments with roommates it reworks your charges and then charges you a $15 service charge. After we served our year inside we moved away and after paying our last month rent we where promptly locked out of the internal payment system and then get told 2 months later that we have a couple days to pay $375 cause our security deposit and pet deposit diddnt cover the "cleaning fee" that we have been slapped with after the building manager told us "looks like we just need to paint thanks for cleaning up", we are told we have less than a week to pay or it will be sent to collections. This place is owned by slum lords and and it shows. They charge more than everyone in town and are built cheap

Sarah is fantastic! She has been super helpful! We have come in several days and she’s dropped everything to help get us set up with an apartment. I am so thankful we stopped in, this place is fantastic
