  I love my apartment! The new manager is phenomenal and provides excellent customer service. Grounds are always clean and work orders completed in a timely manner.

  We love mill creek apartments sarah is an amazing landlord anything we need to ask her about she answers it right away and Mike the maintenance man has helped us with anything we needed whenever we needed it!

  My daughter lived here and it was wonderful. The complex is very well lit at night and all of her neighbors were friendly. She loved all of the dogs that were there and in all of the times I visited her I never heard any obnoxious barking. I found the building to be quieter than most apartment complexes and much nicer! I think the silent close drawers and cupboards added to that. The apartment also has an oversized hot water tank which is a huge benefit for a roommate situation. Utilities were inexpensive and the rooms feel roomy. She had a couple of small issues and maintenance took care of them asap. Sarah and the rest of her team are amazing! When you are sending your young adult out into the world it’s great to know that they are moving somewhere with management who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond for their tenants.

  Avenue 5 is a horrible rental company. The apartments are cheaply built. You hear your neighbors private conversations, tons of dogs in the apartments barking, there's not enough parking and you pay water, sewage and garbage that isn't the correct amount you use do to they divide the entire bill between apartments. Plus you pay for the office electricity, sprinklers and pest control.
