  The Manager, Adam is very helpful and friendly and is willing to help in whatever way he can. He always calls you back and cares about the resident's comfort and satisfaction. He’s been helpful for my moving in experience. The grounds are clean and it is a safe environment for residents. Buildings and amenities are well maintained and clean. The apartments are nice and built well.

  Adam at Lion's Gate is so friendly, punctual, and helpful. Living here is definitely great. I highly recommend.

  We have lived at Lionsgate for about 2 years now and we have loved every second of it. The timely maintenance request responses, as well as wonderful office management make it a stress free environment. Amanda was here when we first moved in and she was lovely to work with. Recently, management has switched over to Adam, and he has been just as wonderful to get to know and work with! He has filled the role so naturally. We are ecstatic to have another great person in office. The quality of the staff really adds to the experience of living here.

  Think we finally found our forever home! Place is well maintained, inside and out; tenants are friendly yet respectful of each other; manager and maintenance staff are awesome! Add to that a great location with nearby schools, parks, fire dept and every store or amenity you could need, what more can I say?!
