  Adam and Tom are friendly and professional, and give the experience a personal touch so I can speak directly one on one at the front office. It's not like some other places I've lived where the front desk doesn't feel very welcoming or invested in my experience. Tom quickly fixed my AC recently, and I am extremely satisfied with the extensive service and glad to have reliable and consistent AC as we get into the peak of summer. I've lived here one year, I love the location. It's near a quiet edge of town, but still a short drive from downtown. WWCC and Safeway are close, plus some restaurants. There is a park right behind the complex, and a walking area with water and ducks. There are two close entrances to highway 12. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and well maintained.

  I have never had such an easy and pleasant time of getting moved into an apartment as I have while working with Adam at Lionsgate. He made the process smooth and his professionalism and friendliness is outstanding. He assured that we had everything that we needed in place and the process was smooth. He checked on us once we got moved in to make sure everything was OK. The apartment themselves are clean and I love the natural light that comes in from the large windows! A huge thanks to Adam and the work that he does here.

  The Manager, Adam is very helpful and friendly and is willing to help in whatever way he can. He always calls you back and cares about the resident's comfort and satisfaction. He’s been helpful for my moving in experience. The grounds are clean and it is a safe environment for residents. Buildings and amenities are well maintained and clean. The apartments are nice and built well.

  The apartments are decent, but the air conditioning is a joke. You'll notice many apartments with air units put in the window by the tenant. The air con that comes with the apartment is a small space unit in the dining area. Hence the bedrooms are really hot. The fact that rent raises are high and new people moving in are paying less than someone who has been there for 5 years is terrible. Not a way to repay long term loyalty. A half dozen cats roam the premises freely. When the popular treadmill needed repair, it was simply removed. The staff was nice.
