  My husband and I had a very smooth process of moving in because of Audrie! She answered all my questions and made it clear what all the fees are. She made us feel at home. If your looking for a new place to call home I highly recommend HIGH recommend walnut-grove and working with audrie during this process (:

  Things have been a little rough here as far as quality of living goes but I can always count on my guy Chris Adams to make things easier! Hes helped fix the striker panel on my door, changed out my broken light housing, re-caulked my bathroom sink, fixed the screen in my bedroom window and much more. Without the property maintenance team, this place would be alot worse off and folks probably wouldn't be able to tolerate it. Give these guys a raise, they deserve it! Especially my guy Chris!

  Worked with Audireanna who got me the tour and information to get me set up with my place fast and efficiently. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to get you through a fast process and get you into a place. Audireanna was nice and had a smile the whole time through the process.

  If you’re looking for a good reliable and affordable apartment this is the place to be! Gated community pool gym and prime hub also has a dog park area! Would have not gotten into this place if it wasn’t for a Audire such a great worker. And always makes me and my family feel welcomed!!!

  i used to live here 2 years ago with an abusive ex, they did nothing about it after a police report happened, i moved out and moved in with a new person year later then both people ditched the lease and i was stuck by myself, for matinence, i dont know what kind of school they went to for electricity but they did a bad job doing the lights when it went down, now they are running at half power, i had to buy myself lights, $2268 was not worth it, they just welcome the homeless trash hoppers come in and dumpster dive leaving trash everywhere, packages have been stolen, cops have been in our apartments constantly growing a rise in criminal activity within the complex, i met a few nice people from when i was last there but nobody there is nice and the front office is the worst when it comes to asking anything, the lady that wears all black that sits right at the door i explained to her something one day and she threw a sarcastic "THATS NOT MY PROBLEM!!" yea i will never ever come back here again, this place has a curse on it, not to mention they never fixed the wooden fence near the h buildings which let homeless through the forest area to collect trash. edit to the response from owner: i do not believe after all the reviews ive seen you will ever change, im never coming back ever again.
