  I recently joined the Columbia at the Waterfront community and am so happy I did! From tour to move in day, Michael and Alexis were helpful and responsive to every question and request. My new home is beautiful and I am enjoying the location and amenities!

  Michael made the entire leasing process incredibly easy from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, and always took the time to answer my questions, making the move-in experience completely stress-free. I’m really happy with my new apartment and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  If you’re looking for a well-maintained, thoughtful, and friendly community, Then The Columbia at the Waterfront should be at the top of your list. My wife and I are so excited to call this place home: the management staff has been absolutely spectacular. Alexis and Michael have been so welcoming and helpful. They have taken the time to remember our names, encourage us to be part of the community, and even left a handwritten card at our door in the week of our move-in. Finally, the amenities are top-notch, from the smart tech and keyless entry to the pavilion and pool. We are so happy to be here, and I think you will be as well.

  Perfect location, friendly staff and great building. Michael in the front office is amazing and such a pleasure to work with.
