  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Moving can be stressful, but Michael and Alexis at Columbia at the Waterfront made the entire experience seamless from day one. They have been incredibly informative, responsive, and have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything has gone smoothly. What has impressed me most is that their exceptional service didn’t stop after move-in. They regularly check in to see how things are going, are always willing to help, and genuinely care about the residents. They greet everyone with a smile, create such a welcoming atmosphere, and somehow seem to know every resident by name. It’s rare to find a management team that is this professional, personable, and dedicated to creating an outstanding living experience. Michael and Alexis are a tremendous asset to this community, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Columbia at the Waterfront home. Thank you both for everything you do!

  I am very impressed and highly recommend this community for those looking to move to the waterfront. If interested, ask for Michael Vu as your leasing consultant! He was fantastic at showcasing the units for me- Very knowledgeable about the building. During move-in process, he was professional, kind, and super responsive to emails. Michael has remained diligent and on top of my concerns since I moved in, AND he is always the first one to greet me in the lobby every morning :) This building was such a smart choice for my first home in the PNW!

  Easily the best experience while living on the Vancouver Waterfront. Not only was the building and facilities in immaculate condition, the staff, Aaron, Alexis, Michael and Susan made it feel like home.

  I found the management and maintenance teams to be most helpful and attentive. They were professional and friendly and always willing to help! I highly recommend living at the Columbia on the Waterfront!
