  Such an amazing complex to live in. Our first experience moving to the PNW. Responsive and helpful team. Quiet and clean.

  I experienced a package delivery with a few photos for proof to the Addison. The package then disappeared into thin air... this being my First experience with that giant complex is theives. I wish the addison would have a place in the office for deliveries and give the neighbors who live next door a chance to claim their deliveries. I've noticed the ridgeline and the addison are confusing to delivery drivers and have seen so many mistakes. Im so grateful I dont live in a giant complex with 1000 neighbors anymore

  Moved in and the washer was broken can’t even drain our clothes good, and the amount of noise it makes, requested for change and to be fixed. Already a year now still the same. Can’t even use it because the neighbors downstairs might complain. This is not the first time we requested this to be fix 5times now

  The staff at The Addison WA created the smoothest moving experience I’ve ever had. Communication was always kind, clear, and timely, which made it easy to know exactly what the next steps were throughout the process. They did an excellent job answering questions and were always helpful and professional. The apartment looks great, and the entire experience has truly been above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better move in experience. If you’re considering The Addison Apartments, you truly have nothing to worry about, the staff here are outstanding and make the whole process easy and stress free.

  I can't say enough great things about the staff and how smooth the move in process was. Olivia is incredibly thorough and accommodating. I had been to so many places prior to coming in here and immediately the experience was different. She was open and honest and laid everything out so there were no surprises. Katelynn was so patient and sweet with my daughter as I took care of business signing papers. And the maintenance man Jeff was equally as friendly with any questions I had! I'm so happy to call The Addison home!
