  I experienced a package delivery with a few photos for proof to the Addison. The package then disappeared into thin air... this being my First experience with that giant complex is theives. I wish the addison would have a place in the office for deliveries and give the neighbors who live next door a chance to claim their deliveries. I've noticed the ridgeline and the addison are confusing to delivery drivers and have seen so many mistakes. Im so grateful I dont live in a giant complex with 1000 neighbors anymore

  The front office is terribly organized. They nickel and dime you any chance they get. They sent me to collections, without warning, 3 years after I moved out due to “their old system saying payment was missing”. And when confronted, they blamed an old employee for the mistake. I recommend avoiding this property at all costs.
