- ELEdith LoucksApr 19, 20264.0I really like living at Teal Pointe Apartments. There is just minor stuff I dont like, such as I can't see my parking spot number, and a piece of the trim on the covered area is missing. However, this Summer those are supposed to get fixed.
- CCCarolyn CoxApr 17, 20263.0The water is turned off at least once a month. Unreliable when it comes to repairs—UPDATE:. I turned in a request for maintenance of several items. I was very pleasantly surprised!! The gentleman that came was wonderful!! He took care of everything a couple days after submitting the request and he fixed everything perfectly. I’ve lived her 20 years and waited sometime months or even more than a year to get repairs in the past. Many times in the past the maintenance person did know what they were doing or just said it couldn’t be fixed. I believe the new managers and maintenance people just maybe turning things around for the good after all these years. Thank you!!

My bathroom sink pipe is full of black stuff so it was slow to put water down it needs to be replaced but TONY PUT A WIRE DOWN IT TO MAKE IT DRAIN WATER BETTER. I ASKE FOR REPLACEMENT BUT DID NOT GET IT. ALSO THAT SHED DOOR BE FILLED AND SANDED SO WATER LATER NOT RUN INTO IT. NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. THE DOOR CAN BE FIXED ON SITE OR CHANGED OUT FOR A NEW DOOR THAT IAM SURE TONY HAS. 3ED THE BATHROMM SINK IS WORN DONE SO IT NOT ABLE TO BE KEPT CLEAN, AGAIN GOT NOTHING. I MUST TELL PEOPLE LOOKING TO LIVE HERE THAT ITS OK BUT DO NOT EXPECT THINGS TO BE FIXED WHEN U ASK. ITS NOT ASHLY OR TONS FAULT ITS JUST TEAL POINT OWERS ARE NOT WILLING TO SPEN A LITTLE MONEY TO MAKE THE APARTMENTS FIXED WHEN DEEDED. IAM POOR OR I WOULD MOVE OUT TO A BETTER PLACE. RIGHT NOW I HV TO STAY HERE NO MATTER IF NOTHING IS DONE. BEING POOR SHOULD NOT MAKE ME PUT UP WITH THIS.
