  Please be careful renting from this management company our first day moving in should have told the entire story. Our first day moving in the previous renters who still had keys showed up to the rental. It was the most bizarre thing ever, he had paid up months ahead but moved out as he bought a house. The management company said they would notify him when they rented it out, he had no clue why people were moving stuff into his rental he was still paying for. The management company never gave any explanation to why or how it happened but that was just the start so be aware of who you are dealing with as it only gets worse. Ps to the owner I would contact the manager or someone in the office but after posting this they sent me a nasty email saying I was actually lieing about this situation. The office has the bank records to prove you had to refund the previous tenants after they showed up to the house you rented us at the same time. There is even messages to the office about this situation as well so to be called a lier is crazy and can post all of the text messages as well to prove every word. The office staff should be recorded on all calls as they need training from the owner on how to conduct business properly and how to talk to customers without being rude or using improper language.

  Honestly just leaving this review to get out my experience because the property manager Robin wouldn’t listen to what I had to say on the phone. She kept interrupting me and then getting mad at me for interrupting her when I was trying to talk and ask questions. I’m moving from out of state so I was calling a lot to get all the information I needed. Overall the staff besides Robin was very helpful. I gave them everything they needed and would call in to make sure they got the info requested. I made sure always to be polite and thank them for their help. Toward the end of things I was trying to figure out how we could make this work and so I was asking for solutions since they wouldn’t accept my income from my current state even though I qualified for the property. Eventually we came to a solution that I needed a Co-Signer so I was trying to get one and Robin called me back to tell me that I was harassing them and that I seemed desperate because of my persistence so they would no longer consider me regardless of the situation. Didn’t really make a lot of sense to me so I tried to ask where she was coming from with that and she interrupted me again and hung up the phone. Other people might have better experiences but this was just mine. I would’ve loved to have my family in one of the properties specifically and be a long term tenant but they didn’t trust me and assumed the worst case scenario on everything.

  They charge you money to view their properties. No, really. They CHARGE you money to look at their rentals. I've literally never heard of that in my life. What kind of nonsense is that? Charging you money to LOOK at their available rentals. If they do this then imagine what else they charge you for. **** Response to their reply: LITERALLY no one wants to pay a fee to view an rental. No one. To say otherwise is nonsense. As well, I've NEVER seen ANY other property management company charge money to view a rental. Ever. Even with viewing on my own. I've looked at plenty of other rentals in my life, many of them on my own, never has anyone charged me. The fee is also ridiculous because Rently's (the company who identifies your) own website tells you what the standard fee is, then says the property management companies can charge more if they want.... Sunworld charges over five times what Rently charges.
