We've lived here for a little over a year now, and we've honestly loved it. This community has everything our family needs, and we've always felt really safe living here. The staff has been amazing. They're always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to maintenance requests or emergencies. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and do their best to keep everything running smoothly. They also put together fun events and parties throughout the year, which has been a nice way to bring the community together. The pool and playground are a huge plus, especially if you have kids. My child loves them, and there are lots of families here, so it feels very welcoming. I've also never had any issues finding parking, and renting a garage has been totally worth it. The location is another reason we love living here. We're within walking distance of parks, stores, and restaurants, which makes everything so convenient. Our townhouse feels spacious, clean, and really feels like home. My child has plenty of room to play and grow, and we've had great experiences with our neighbors—they've all been friendly and helpful. Overall, I definitely feel like the price is worth it for everything you get. If you're looking for a safe, family-friendly place with a great staff and a convenient location, I'd absolutely recommend living here.

I had a great experience with Jamie from maintenance! He came by to fix my electrical circuits in my kitchen and he also replaced my stovetop plates with brand-new ones. Everything is working perfectly now, and he was super professional and kind. Highly recommend him!

We had a great experience touring the community! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities and layout were exactly what we were looking for, and we could really see ourselves living here. Meriah was friendly and helpful throughout the tour and made the process enjoyable.

Me and my bf just moved in. We got a townhome because we didn’t want to deal with upstairs neighbors while we slept. So far we don’t have any major complaints. The only little downfall of the place is We do have to pay a mandatory cable fee. Plus parking here is not the best . But a quick upgrade to a garage wasn’t that bad tbh and the loud creaking in the house is kinda annoying but compared to our old place we actually get plenty of sleep here and we have SOOOO much space and lots of privacy which we didn’t have at our old complex. There’s not that much air flow but a portable ac will keep the house nice and cold. All of these little flaws have nothing to do with the staff. It’s just an older building. But the walls are sound proof tbh. We couldn’t be any happier with our new place. Our neighbors are great and staff are super helpful and patient with our needs and maintenance is very quick and nice and super informative. I’m so happy with this complex and the pricing. We searched so many other close location and they’re either rundown, expensive or smaller. We are very pleased to have this place we call our wonderful home.

Five stars. Tour Wonderful. Great size apartment for the modern value. I mean prices are insane everywhere but this is the best deal we found. Applied and was approved within a week great move-in special answered every single question every single phone call every single email will be getting the keys on Wednesday. I’ve had issues issues with parking ever since I moved to Oregon. I’m sure there’s issues in every apartment complex in the United States it seems like there’s parking issues everywhere.. would rent again enjoy the experience of the move-in process was so streamline. It threw me off, but they are definitely keeping up with technology making life easier for the renters and themselves.
