  We've been here about two months and are loving it! The move in experience was easy and the management team were incredibly helpful with our cross country move! Parking can be a little tricky if you're arriving later in the evening, but otherwise it's been great! The grounds are lovely and maintained well! I appreciate y'all, and we love our little PNW home 💕 🌲

  Great services at the beginning until the end, clear information helped seal the deal. Location to school where we wanted to stay was the top priority in our search. This is an excellent location to the freeway and airport, with shopping all around

  Meriah at the Renaissance leasing office is in one word…AMAZING. My family and I relocated from MN and we had a bit of a challenge landing our feet in WA. Meriah and the team here at Renaissance were so patient and understanding of the situation we found ourselves in and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to put a roof over our heads. Their hard work and dedication has brought my family the stability we desperately needed. We now live in a beautiful, spacious townhome that provides an awesome bark park for our dog, a safe neighborhood to go on family walks, with amazing close by shopping and dining. My family could not thank you all enough!

  Mariah from the main office is amazing. The maintenance crew is fast, efficient and do everything to get things done before it’s an inconvenience. We moved states and travel all the time if it was not for the staff we would not have been able to get this done.

  We've lived here for a little over a year now, and we've honestly loved it. This community has everything our family needs, and we've always felt really safe living here. The staff has been amazing. They're always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to maintenance requests or emergencies. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and do their best to keep everything running smoothly. They also put together fun events and parties throughout the year, which has been a nice way to bring the community together. The pool and playground are a huge plus, especially if you have kids. My child loves them, and there are lots of families here, so it feels very welcoming. I've also never had any issues finding parking, and renting a garage has been totally worth it. The location is another reason we love living here. We're within walking distance of parks, stores, and restaurants, which makes everything so convenient. Our townhouse feels spacious, clean, and really feels like home. My child has plenty of room to play and grow, and we've had great experiences with our neighbors—they've all been friendly and helpful. Overall, I definitely feel like the price is worth it for everything you get. If you're looking for a safe, family-friendly place with a great staff and a convenient location, I'd absolutely recommend living here.
