- ACAshley CampbellJun 19, 20265.0I moved in a little over a month ago & so far I love it. Great location, it’s quiet & bonus I live next door to my best friend. But really, I want to give my review on staff here. Both ladies in the office are awesome but I worked with Kelly & she went above & beyond helping me get in here. There was an issue with my income showing too much because the one check I brought in had way more hours than normal, but she held the apartment I wanted & after about a month we got in, then she worked on the deposit with me, splitting it up into 3 payments! I couldn’t be more appreciative & grateful for her.

The FPI is exactly what Quail needed and they are making new accomplishments that have been needed since I first moved in here 2014. I am enjoying the management here. They are doing great and had to fix that Michelle messed up

- TTTJSOct 31, 20231.0A dump! Literally. Garbage all over the lawn, parking lot, street, etc. Food all over the street. Staff does not clean it up. Just driving by gets my car dirty. This place makes a nice neighborhood look like trash.
