  I lived at Parkview for nearly 4 years from July 2022 - May 2026, and only ended my lease because I bought a house. The apartments are cute, quiet, well maintained, and peaceful. Management is professional and quick to respond to issues. My only complaints are that regular, non-emergency maintenance doesn't work on weekends, and the laundry rooms are small and only one washer and dryer are shared among many units. Aside from that, the community was very nice and the amenities were kept clean, the monthly cost felt fairly reasonable when compared to other apartments in Vancouver (but not the cheapest and it was raised every year I stayed). Jennifer in the office was very responsive for the few interactions we had. Plus, the apartments are very well located near a beautiful park with a walking path, and a few nice restaurants just up the street, easy access to the 205 as well. I'd highly recommend Parkview and if I ever need an apartment again, I'd apply here first.

  The apartments are very nice. Ive lived here for 7+ years. They're close to a park, have a pool, friendly neighbors. What makes the difference is the managers in the leasing office. Jen and Andrea are excellent and very helpful. The maintenance technicians are great as well! I feel safe and happy coming home. I highly recommend these apartments.

  We moved into Parkview Apartments in March 2025. From day one they have been good to us. Jennifer and Andre have been amazing. Both have been quick to respond to maintenance issues. There was a puddle in front of our apartment. They had asked about it as they were walking the grounds. They were quick to get people out here to dig to get the water leak stopped. Jennifer and Adrea and maintenance are friendly and always making sure we feel heard. Im glad we found this place. Our daughter even rents here and loves it. ❤️

  We have lived here for about 5 months. The staff and maintenance here are great! They are quick to respond to maintenence request and the property is kept up nicely.
