  Been here for a few months and I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received from staff. The grounds are well kept and my neighbors wonderful as well. I had a few questions upon moving in and all were resolved immediately by staff. Thanks Josie, Jennifer, Olti, and Theron - you guys are an awesome team!

  Don't rent here. I rented here for several years and left feeling resentful. The walls are paper thin. You can here your neighbor flush their toilet,can hear their TV, and their coughs & sneezes. Heaven forbid there's a dog that barks when the owner leaves, because if there are in the same building as you... you'll hear it clear as day. That doesn't bode well for people working from home, or anyone wanting peace. Need repairs done... good luck. I went months of being ignored for minor repairs. Although I will say the maintenance supervisor is really friendly. Oh and expect at least two unit inspections a year... maybe more. One year I had #4 general unit inspections. Feels violating to have strangers come into your unit that often. There are also people who smoke Marijuana on the sidewalk and the smoke comes right into the windows of the units. Property management is okay I guess. Nothing to be overly impressed with. They never answer the phones, nor did I ever see them really go out of their way for anyone. I know my rent payments got mixed up several times while living there (employee turnover). I would rent somewhere else. They are building a couple restaurants right next door, and there are already shady looking people people who creep around there at night, digging in the garbage bins. Not impressed. Save the nearly $2k a month to rent this cardboard, poorly built piece of junk and find a nicer neighborhood, get more privacy, more attentive Property management, get your repairs done, and maybe have a pool! Good luck.

  Josie was amazing at helping us with out problems and getting everything turned in and worked out, there was no pressure and it worked out well for us. we switched plans a lot and she stuck with us, very kind in helping. appreciated her help very much. jennifer helped us signing and calls.

  Josie and Jennifer are amazing property managers would highly recommend leasing with them they helps with everystep of the way for us to get our first ever apartment and it’s amazing. Community here is amazing with these 2 managers! Would highly recommend coming in and exploring the opportunities and options here at Kestrel Park!!
