  I moved into Haven Hills Apartments when they first opened and enjoyed living there for five years; I’m only leaving now because I have to relocate to Seattle. There seems to be a wonderful, positive energy about this place—while living here, everything worked out beautifully regarding my children’s college admissions and career paths. The WSU campus is right next door, offering an absolutely perfect walking route for those with dogs. I’d also like to thank the managers, Ryan and Makaila, for their kindness and all the help they provided during my time here.

  We haven't been living here very long—about four months—but I can say with confidence that this is one of the best places to live. The staff here are simply amazing! Any issues that came up early on were resolved quickly; the communication was excellent. So, if you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend checking this place out!

  Chai helped my sister and I with our tour, application, and lease signing. She was so accommodating, considerate and helpful! The apartments are new, upscale, and clean!

  I was able to tour with Chai today and she was such a joy! She has such a welcoming vibe and was very informative/ made it feel like home even though I don’t live there… yet! I would highly recommend living at this property just because of her.
