- TCTracy CollinJul 30, 20122.0It is a fight to get the management to fix maintenence problems. Everyone in the complex know which appartments the drug dealers live in. The management chooses favorites that they permit to break the rules while coming down hard on te people they decide not to like. There is a two hour police responce time with the police station less than a block away. There are children and teenagers running wild at all hours of the day and night. It is not unusual to see a kid in diapers playing outside unsupervised.
