I called the office and let them know and requested to be updated what the issue was and how I might be able to fix it next time. We'll see if they come back today.

AI gave me incorrect information then I got a call from a live voice at Columbia View. She had to cancel the tour because AI gave me incorrect information. I prefer to speak with a human. I was told there’s no waitlist but I could check in via email but nobody sent me an email.
