  Location is great and I do really enjoy the apartment. That said, I have several issues with other parts of living here. The apartment was not cleaned properly when I first moved in. Notably the bathroom and kitchen. By biggest issue, and the season for two stars instead of 3, is the parking issue. Management did a parking lot audit and towed my vehicle at 4AM because I didn’t have a blue sticker with a number ID on it. The tow cost me $500, being late to work and a $50 fee for a new sticker. No warning whatsoever, immediate tow. Their way of warning was a courtesy email day of, which I inquired about the $50 sticker via email but the office was closed by the time I was off work. What was confusing to me was the fact they towed a residents vehicle who they have the make, model, year, and license plate number on the lease paper work. Now I’m worried about having friends and family over. They want visitors no more that 10 days or 3% out of the year park in the lot. Because of this I’m thinking I’ll need to find a more accommodating community. There definitely has been some type of change in management since the start of my time here.

  The very loud upstairs neighbors, the bass player next door (I work nights, told them this when they were showing me places, & I was told/lied to that this unit was quiet 🤐). The dog poop situation seems to be improving but it gets bad with just a few non-participating resident. How about some signage in the dumpster area as there are a lot of young people(?) that don't seem to know how to sort or breakdown their recycling. This would also make less work/noise when the people from the sketchy trailer park across the street come and riffle through the garbage late at night. Please & thank you are a good place to start instead of the somewhat threatening emails. The office action I don't understand have and hear complaints about most from others is that you close the pool on Labor Day even though the staff does nothing with the pool until days later. There are those of us that would like to use the pool during the day without all the kids. How about the week after Labor Day for closing? Loved having the dog swim on the last day before pool cleaning. My dog was a fan too! Hope you read your feedback but have sent similar complaints /suggestions and suspect this is an attempt at diffusing dissatisfied tenants without taking any legitimate action

  Looked at an apartment with Marcie. She is lovely and the apartment was very nice.

  everything as of now I has gone well up front with all the charges so no surprise and got in when I needed to.
