  This is a really nice apartment complex to live at. Management is top grade, and very friendly. Great place to raise a family! Vancouver is a popular area and highly recommended.

  Since Jael took over as property manager, we've had a great experience living here. She's been incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. It's clear she genuinely cares about the residents and is working to make improvements throughout our community. I also have to give a special shoutout to Ricky with maintenance. He's awesome - always responsive and professional. When anything comes up, he handles issues quickly and correctly. We very much appreciate how dedicated the new management is to their roles.

  I toured this property while considering moving out of Portland. Jael in the office was professional and prompt in scheduling a tour, and Ricky the maintenence guy is keeping the property looking great, especially the pool. This place is at the top of my list now.

  Really happy with the new management at Carriage Park. Jael and Ricky have been extremely responsive and quick to respond to any issues. Also the pool is looking great lately.
