  This apartment complex is poorly maintained and managed. The budlings have holes in the siding and peeling paint. The grounds are strewn with litter, and nobody picks up their dog poop. The homeless run free and the security service is worthless. The hot tub has been out of service for months and so have most of the equipment in the gym. They charge $10 per month for uncovered parking permits but the parking lots are full of cars of people that do not live there taking up all the spaces, which means only the residents are paying and can never find parking. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is that the management team does have occasional events for the residents like bag lunches, pool parties, etc. If only they spent that effort on maintenance instead.

  Just wanted to say thank you so much to Nick for being so helpful and supportive! From the very beginning he has been incredible, during the tour he was extremely courteous and answered all the questions I had! Paperwork can be stressful but with him it has been such a breeze. I am loving my new place, absolutely stunning floor plans with incredible greenery thats well taken care of, it's a perfect place to call home. Once again thank you so much Nick for a stress free move in!!!

  Just moved into our new home and Nick Badashev was extremely incredible the whole way through! He has made the whole process super stress free and comfortable:) We toured on Monday and he got us approved and all out paperwork done by Saturday, and boom we got moved in within the same week! He made it very simple and easy to process, especially as first time renters. The staff of a place is always very telling of how an apartment experience will be, and Nick definitely delivered with how considerate and helpful he was, so I’m very excited to spend my time here! Thank you very much

  Excellent move in assistance and service! The office staff is always available, friendly and professional. We are new to the complex and very happy with everything here. Nick made the process easy, and it's a welcoming complex. It's peaceful and pretty with both families and individuals, lots of diversity. The design of the buildings also allows lots of windows and privacy both!
