Autumn Chase apartments are really good, the location, floor plans and comfort of living are high. The management of the apartment is also great, I would like to especially acknowledge Nick. He was very helpful for us during move in and helped to make the process smooth and stress free. We needed to accelerate the move in process and Nick did everything possible to make it happen, thanks for that! Nick also made amazing tour of all the apartment amenities and perks and told about small details that are good to know. He was welcoming and friendly and made first impression of Autumn Chase even better!

Nick was an amazing person to talk to and get things done. He was very supportive and helped expedite our rental application.
He helped us with an immediate move in, and even stayed longer than usual in the office just because we needed it. He also familiarised us with some specials on the units available.
The property is great, good experience so far! Do not forget to ask for specials!
Moving from out of state can be incredibly stressful, but Autumn Chase made the entire experience smooth and worry-free — and that’s thanks in large part to Nick. From our very first inquiry, Nick went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. His responses were always fast and thorough, no matter how many questions we threw at him, and he made sure everything was ready for our arrival.
What really stood out was how welcoming Nick made us feel before we ever set foot on the property. Coordinating a long-distance move is no small task, but he handled every detail with professionalism and genuine care, giving us total confidence that we’d made the right choice.
The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and it’s clear the team here truly cares about their residents. If you’re considering a move to Autumn Chase — especially from out of state — ask for Nick. He’s the reason our transition was so easy. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

I rarely leave negative reviews but after our experience at Autumn Chase Apartments, I feel others should know what to expect. Throughout our tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Emails often went unanswered for days, getting clear information was difficult, and it seemed like management and office staff were constantly changing. Every time we needed assistance, there was someone new who wasn’t familiar with previous conversations or issues, making it feel like we had to start over each time.
There was even an instance where the office lost record of one of our rent payments, creating unnecessary stress until we were able to prove the payment had been made. Unfortunately, situations like this became a pattern rather than an isolated mistake. Another major concern was the location. The apartment community is next to a homeless camp and we frequently experienced homeless individuals walking through the property, leaving trash behind and at times banging on residents doors. It often left us feeling uneasy and we did not feel management did enough to address these ongoing concerns. The final issue has been the most frustrating. We submitted our written 20-day notice to vacate but management didn’t respond for over a week. When they finally did, they sent us another form requiring signatures by the end of day, mind you, then sent the email at 12pm and expected us, while we are at work, to respond by 6pm as if we check our emails frequently while at work. And of course we unfortunately didn’t see the email until just a few hours after their deadline and now they’re attempting to charge us an additional month’s rent because of it which I’m pretty sure is due to the lack of tenants they have renting at this complex and number of move outs we have seen in the last few weeks. After months of poor communication on their end, it’s frustrating to see such an unreasonable and inflexible response over a matter of only a few hours. Overall, our experience has been filled with poor communication, constant staff turnover, administrative errors, safety concerns, and unnecessary stress. We cannot recommend Autumn Chase Apartments based on our experience and hope management takes accountability, improve their communication and better support the residents!

They allow people to smoke in their apartments even though it’s illegal. My apartment goes from smelling like a casino to smelling like a dispensary. I’m sure the second hand smoke doesn’t help my heart condition but they have refused to move me. I have made complaints and they have just swept it under the rug saying they’re getting their legal team involved. The manager does not care about residents, just brushes them off to get them out of the leasing office. I have drug dealers living in the apartment above me and all of the homeless community that lives under the 205 are always coming and going from that apartment with their bags of cans (most likely buying drugs). They have also let their dog urinate on their patio and it has come down onto my patio and now my patio has a permanent smell of dog urine. My neighbor has had their motorized scooter outside of the apartment since before I moved in and they won’t make them put it inside even though it’s an eye sore and most of the time I have to shimmy around it to get to my door. There is one security patrol car and who the hell knows what that security person does all night because they’re not protecting anything or anyone, nor deterring anything or anyone. This apartment complex looks very inviting and cute but don’t fall for it. This apartment complex is straight trash.
