  What started as an impromptu request to see a home that popped up on my notifications on short notice, became one of the smoothest and professional experiences buying a home and closing in 3 weeks. Christel answers her phone promptly, returns texts immediately and goes beyond the level of service one usually expects from a realtor. She is honest, knowledgeable and above all, a great person to do business with. We are so glad to have had this experience with Christel. She truly is a wonderful person who provides top notch service to her clients and to our community. 10/10

  I knew nothing, other than this list of agents work with seniors, about Christel Osterstrom or Real Estate 55+. When I first contacted her about selling my home, I was impressed when she researched current market value, listened to my specific needs, respectfully discussed difficulties and possibilities in the current market, but stood firm to represent me for what I wanted. Christel then explained that Real Estate 55 Plus had assembled an amazing team, anticipating all that may be necessary in the process of selling my house. She did not push their team on me, saying I could certainly use people I was familiar with to paint, deep clean, landscape, handyman, etc. I used some of my previous helpers, did some work myself, and used some of their team. The team was excellent to work with and reasonably priced! Christel set up dates necessary to meet my timing goals, dates to complete painting, house-cleaning, staging, listing, open house, then offers, closing, packing, and moving. Any question I had along the way, she always had an answer for me within an hour. In truth, what I liked most was she became my team. Not aggressive towards me (like many agents), instead patient, and providing options to me, awaiting direction. She was aggressive in doing her best to meet my goals. I knew what I needed to get done by when, and everything happened as anticipated. In the first two days I had two offers, both equal or over asking, I accepted the best offer, and we closed in about 3 weeks. I needed to be able to sell and close quickly and we did! And I made new friends along the way. I believe Christel may be the perfect agent for a senior home-seller. Thank you, Christel
