- RRReiMay 3, 20262.0Pretty expensive apartments considering they’re all older apartments just with new coats of paint and new doorknobs. Also, considering the lack of amenities for tenants(no gym, pool, or other areas for recreational use). It is a nice and convenient area and it gives some peace of mind that the police and fire stations are right across the street, but a car still got stolen from the parking area one night. When I first moved in, communication with the leasing office was quick and easy, but recently they take a long time to respond and the leasing office is closed a lot.
