  HORRIBLE office manager and staff. Outrageous utility bills. Nothing is updated, amenities barely open for people to use. People don’t clean up after pets. Parking is horrible. Doesn’t follow their own lease and then stops responding. I would not suggest these apartments to anyone!

  Cheap and the quality of everything is associated with that. The only thing that seems updated from the 90’s is the washer. Everything is clean and works though so it’s not terrible. Though the outside areas have carpet which is just asking for mold.

  We lived in these apartments for a while. We just moved out recently. I would just like to say don’t waste your time and money. We had a newly hired maintenance man fake fix some stuff. Also, when we moved in everything wasn’t new which is fine. What I find not okay is getting charged for things that were already chipped, broken or damage when you move out. Also, the pools never worked mind you there are two pools. One looks like it’s a pond for ducks. Also, our windows were broken by the people they hired to do maintenance on the building and did nothing about it ever until we left.

  Just moved out from there after a year of Lease. Maintenance is very fast and responsive, also Office staves are helpful but apartment is being very cheapie. I saw my neighbors car vandalized couple times here, and couple carts were just parked around the apartment for over a week. Anywho, it’s not that bad.

  The office staff answers your emails and phones quickly and are quick with maintenance requests. I have lived here only about 2.5 weeks. I have had 3 complaints about my freezer/refrigerator. I was unaware that we needed to keep our food in the freezer like 1-2 inches from the back of it to avoid rapid ice build up and the fridge temp going up (and spoiling the food). The third time maintenance came I was finally told all this. Apparently there was an email with notes and pictures of the ice in the freezer I did not receive. We threw away a lot of food about $40-$50 worth and was told they couldn’t reimburse for it. They suggested a small freezer or fridge if we needed more space...so that’s what we have to do I guess. Parking is very bad, my boyfriend signed up to be in the wait list for a car port but we were told it could take many months. My neighbors are quiet so that’s good. The humidity is pretty bad so we are in the market for a dehumidifier as well.
