  The staff is fabulous, the community is perfect, and the process of moving my parents in could not have been easier. So happy.

  We set up a tour on short notice and got my 94 year old father to take a look. We all, especially my father, fell in love with the facility and he was ready to move in that afternoon. It is really more like a nice hotel with all the amenities. Shannon, Shane and the rest of the staff were fantastic to work with and were able to help us with the several tasks needed to get my father signed up. The food is fantastic in the restaurant style dining area my father looks forward to every meal. This is all very new to us but we feel my father will thrive here.

  My family and I spent two months touring 14 different assisted living facilities from Millcreek to Renton along the Eastside for our 86 year old mother moving here from Minnesota. We didn't know about Merrill Gardens Tukwila until someone suggested we look a little outside of our range. Once we toured the facilty, spoke with the staff and saw the value; we felt like it was the best choice for our mother. We were pleasantly surprised at just how good it all turned out for her. In just a few days she's made good friends she enjoys spending time with and an apartment and facility that she is very happy living in. In that short period something raised her spirits and it seems that she has a whole new appreciation for life, which was something we were a little worried about when moving her here. The staff and residents have all been super friendly, patient and kind with her and helpful to us in getting our mom adjusted and settled in. Merrill Gardens Tukwila feels like warm an inviting community and home. Shane is the G.O.A.T., I can't say enough positive things about him. His efforts in helping us with this transition has been invaluable due to the complexities of her move. I rest easy at nights knowing that my mom is in good hands in a place where she's happy and living her best life.

  I have been living at Merrill Gardens At Tukwila for four years, and we truly love this community. The staff are always happy and welcoming and caring and the residents are very outgoing and friendly. Everyone knows me by name even the newer staff members which makes this place feel so personal and special to me. Shane who is the general manager is always available to listen and guide for anything we need. I also love the diversity in this community, I get to learn about different cultures and backgrounds which I find very meaningful. I enjoy all the activities and fun trips that are organized for the residents, I proudly tell my friends and family about how wonderful this community is and I highly recommend Merrill Gardens Tukwila to anyone looking for warm friendly and caring place.

  Beautiful, classy community with a warm and inviting culture. From the very beginning, the team at Merrill Gardens has been caring, responsive, and truly supportive. As a daughter, it gives me tremendous reassurance knowing my mother is surrounded by people who genuinely work hard to keep her safe, comfortable, and happy. We have been there for over two months now and have enjoyed the experience very much. From onboarding through day-to-day life, it has truly felt like a partnership. The staff communicates well, listens, and consistently shows kindness and compassion. We are very grateful for the care and support they provide.
