  I lived at Vista Del Rey for over 2 years and for a studio apartment, it was enjoyable. The location is mostly good (although parking can be a hassle if you don't want to pay $ for a reserved spot, especially when Stadium HS has events), the views are good. The building is solidly constructed so it felt very quiet. I always felt safe in this building and every interaction I had with the office staff was excellent - they are very kind and my move-out was smooth as well. I would recommend if you don't need amenities such as in-unit washer/dryer (which you won't find in most studios anyways I'm guessing)!

  We just moved in and love it so far! Move in has all been super smooth and easy. Very nice staff and maintenance team. What we like most is the community of people in the building, as well as the high security. It's all been amazing. Thank you, Vista del Rey!
