  I don't usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, but Mando and Matt made the entire process completely stress-free from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly, answered every question I had, and genuinely cared about helping me get into my new apartment as smoothly as possible. What has impressed me even more is that their hard work didn't stop after I moved in. In just the first 30 days of living here, I've already noticed so many positive improvements around the property. It's obvious that Mando and Matt aren't just doing a job—they truly care about the community and are constantly working to make it a better place for everyone who lives here. It's rare to find a management team that is this dedicated, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Their professionalism, kindness, and work ethic have made me feel welcome from day one. If you're looking for a place where management genuinely cares about its residents, I highly recommend this community. Thank you, Mando and Matt, for everything you've done. Keep up the amazing work!

  Love the vintage feel of the apartment with so much room and closet space. Joe and Danielle go above and beyond and have made me feel this was my home from day one. Thank you

  Have lived at the Pennington for 11 years. I have seen a lot of changes over the year. We now have a community room where internet, large screen tv. There is coffee, etc provided. Marlene and Chris are wonderful to work with. Bus lines, hospitals near by.

  Love this place. Been here for almost 2 years and I hadn’t had a problem with anyone my neighbor is pretty cool I don’t have to worry about my car as well. And the manager is amazing everything you need for the apartment she’s always there she’s great manager

  well, right now i'm waiting on anyone , someone to fix my lock , i cannot leave , i have things to do ! callled emergence maintance , got machine ! my key broke off in the dead bolt as i was locking up to leave ! ...i called the pennington and got the machine ! , voice mail is full ! , why is no one here to help !!? ...i pay lots of bucks to live here , plus ulities !!! more than half my income ! and no ones to help . not funny i have things to do !!
