I stayed at Park Green Apartments for a week while visiting family with my child, and honestly, the experience was stressful from the start. There were people who appeared to be homeless constantly walking through the property, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe having my child outside.
The property management ladies were also rude and acted like our concerns didn’t matter. Anytime someone brought up an issue, they came across irritated and dismissive instead of trying to help.
After staying there for only one week, I felt concerned for my cousin who has to live there. The property needs better security, better communication, and management that actually respects people. I would not recommend this place, especially for families with kids.
Extremely disappointed with Park Green Apartments’ response after both of my vehicles were broken into on the property. When I asked about surveillance footage, I was actually told, “You want me to waste my time looking at this footage?” That response alone was shocking.
Even worse, no one asked where on the property the break-ins happened, approximately what time they occurred, or any basic questions that could help identify relevant camera footage. There was no apparent urgency, concern, or effort to help preserve potentially useful evidence.
Having your vehicles broken into is already stressful enough. Being treated like you are inconveniencing management for asking about security footage makes it significantly worse. Residents should seriously consider how management may respond when something important happens on the property.

I live here. The neighbors below smoke in their apartment and the smoke comes in through the kitchen hood vent. I've called and complained probably over 100 times and nothing has been done. Yet when I was trying to stay cool in the summer and had an air conditioner unit that wasn't approved they sent me a 3 day eviction notice. The management here is pathetic.
They claim to be "low income", but they raise the rent every chance they get. I moved out and have been fighting to get my deposit back. They agree that I'm owed the full amount, but the check just never seems to arrive. They refuse to put me in contact with anyone in management, and ignore my repeated requests for speedy resolution. Higher management, though I'm told they are in the office, are somehow never available to take a phone call. And good luck trying to reach ANYONE at the parent company VPM. As a low income property, they should know that $1600 is not pocket change that I can wait for indefinitely.
