  DONT MOVE HERE !!! We’ve gone through like literally 5 office managers in not even a year !!! The girl here now , gave us an eviction notice AFTER WE PAID RENTTTT !!! I went to go talk to her , but she LEFT EARLY …. She wasn’t there until 3pm today . I don’t know if she’d be a good asset or not😂 already leaving early , but we’ve already gone through so many people … so does it even matter ?😂 hopefully higher up management will do somethin about it …. Until then , I wouldn’t try to move here lol

  First time renter here, Avery is the best! He made us feel at home when showing the apartments. The area is nice and quiet. Getting in touch with the apartment is quick and easy. Loving it! Thank you Avery!

  It’s been awhile since we had a stable manager so it was nice to find out that Avery was committed to staying here and get things back on track. I appreciate the help he has shown so far so I hope he continues to be open and understanding to myself and the other residents. I like these apartments and the location is very close to grocery stores, gas stations and offers lots of food options. Very close to point defiance and university place.

  Avery was awesome and very easy to talk to! Also the community is kept up and the units were nice!
