  Honestly, this is going to be a long one so for those of you that don’t read It all just don’t move here. I am finally moving out of here and I cannot be happier. I have had multiple packages stolen, the office knows about it. They have cameras and they continue to not care. They know that it is someone living in the units, yet they still don’t do anything about it. All of the amenities do not work, the mailroom literally is unlocked at all times. You call their main office and no one answers, you walk in no one is there. This place is not cheap, yet there are people living with like 20 people in a two bedroom apartment just to split the rent and the office does nothing about it. Absolutely do not move into the lofts unless you love walking out to homeless people Sleeping on your welcome mat. This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in an apartment, and I’ve lived in Lynnwood. I am so excited to move out.

  The maintainance here sucks. They will talk trash and won't even care when you request service. Management does nothing about it, that's why the maintenance people don't care how they talk to you. Great looking place, zero customer service.

  Me and my partner scheduled a tour almost a whole month in advance, showed up and were turned away we kept being told that they had no room or time for our tour which we then looked at the receipts and confirmed, wasted us a 17 hour round trip and 2 days, then proceeded to ghost every email, call, and text, management seems poor. Consider that when looking at these apartments.

  Been calling for 1 full week and they never picked up or called back. Left multiple voicemails. Llamé 1 semana completa y nunca respondieron ni devolvieron mi llamada. Dejé muchos mensajes de voz.
