  I was referred to this community by a friend who is renting a two bedroom unit. The floor plans are open and spacious, and the community itself is beautiful with many convenient options. I homeschool my children, and they have a wonderful meeting room with multiple desks, comfortable chairs and large windows for natural lighting. Perfect for studying. I also really like the secure package area and the Amazon hub located on site. I met the apartment manager who was was a sweetheart, along with three other staff members who were all extremely friendly, patient and attentive to my needs. I had my son with me, and they made sure that he had a comfortable place to sit while I went through the application process. I also had the opportunity to see them interact with multiple tenants, and every interaction was respectful and positive. With multiple children, a park being right across the street is a plus! As well as the grocery store a few blocks away and a lot of fun small businesses, restaurants, salons, and fitness studios within minutes of the complex.

  The staff Charles, Samantha, Elias and all other staff members are professional, friendly, and explains the process clearly at this time.

  They made move in a breeze Alex and Charles took really good care of us and the apartment is beautiful. I would 100% recommend Housing Hilltop.

  WELL I LIVE ON THE 6TH FLOOR WEHAVE 3 PIT BULL DOGS THAT RUN AROUND MY FLOOR EVERY NIGHT LOSE AND THEY R DANGEROUS HAVE ATTEMTED TO BITE RESIDENTS THE TENENTS DON'T HAVE CONTROL OF THE DOGS THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT THANK U

  The staff is great and very helpful, I just wish the building was cared for better, it’s always so dirty because of the laziness of some residents and in ability to clean up after themselves, wall are always dirty garbage room are horrible and people let their animals pee and poop in the stairs ways and all over the grass. I do like my apartment and the affordability, just don’t like the residents as much.
