  I'm not sure about theses guys,,I do have positive reviews,it's well kept up on the grounds,you don't see garbage sitting in front of people's doors,it's very quiet I never see anyone in the complex,people go to work,come home,sleep and start a new day so it's pretty pie awful! I go there a few times a week to check on my uncle,he's a retired Vietnam vet,I clean up a little for him ,make him something to eat and visit for a few and I leave,,..But this last time I was there a few days ago,I got very disturbed,,I was cooking something for him ,I moved his toaster and a BIG COCKROACH 🪳 came crawling out!,, if there's one ,theres more! This little guy wasn't so little either!!,, he's only been there 3 months,we bought all his furniture new,,so apparently some moves in around him and brought some in,,these are new apartments,they have all been gutted and remodeled,,why are there roaches already in this building???I'm not happy about it,they are gonna just get worse! ,,he has PTSD so he doesn't like to go outside and talk to people much ,keeps to himself doesn't want to be a burden on anyone,,so I guess I need to be the burden for him! I haven't reported it yet but I am today and let's see what happens!

  Move in was easy, but living here has not been. Between staff never being available unless they’re sending a rent reminder, the website not working properly, and the increased rent for renewal while they’re offering new residents 4 weeks free is ridiculous. My A/C has NEVER worked and when I called on a 84 degree day, the manager said it isn’t an emergency and to crack a window. She also said that I did not call and leave a voicemail about the issue which is a lie. They’ve been working on the same gate making parking near impossible for 2-3 consecutive months and STILL DOES NOT WORK! Laundry room is a hit or miss. Mind you, the apartment is the same size of a shoebox. You’d be better off going to indigo as everyone does after their first lease here when they realize how awful it is at this property. The staff has a high turnover rate so when it comes time to get your deposit back, they don’t have a “record of it”.
