  I want to let everyone know I didn't listen to the people I rented at the Castle ridge apartments a while back when Reed resort was great in the last 5 months there has been multiple people moved out this place is gone down very bad place to live dog poop they say that there's maintenance never happened maybe once a week no security gates everything is a preacher contract I hope you all really listen to this message I didn't listen either check the building out first talked to some of the people check the emails multiple units available management management very bad don't care about people I hope you all don't make the same mistakes that I did find a decent place for you and your family but a lot of times people don't listen like I didn't listen either but I pray you guys do for the health of your family I guess if you don't you made the same mistake as I did people have to learn but if I was you and talk to some of the tenants

  I'm not sure about theses guys,,I do have positive reviews,it's well kept up on the grounds,you don't see garbage sitting in front of people's doors,it's very quiet I never see anyone in the complex,people go to work,come home,sleep and start a new day so it's pretty pie awful! I go there a few times a week to check on my uncle,he's a retired Vietnam vet,I clean up a little for him ,make him something to eat and visit for a few and I leave,,..But this last time I was there a few days ago,I got very disturbed,,I was cooking something for him ,I moved his toaster and a BIG COCKROACH 🪳 came crawling out!,, if there's one ,theres more! This little guy wasn't so little either!!,, he's only been there 3 months,we bought all his furniture new,,so apparently some moves in around him and brought some in,,these are new apartments,they have all been gutted and remodeled,,why are there roaches already in this building???I'm not happy about it,they are gonna just get worse! ,,he has PTSD so he doesn't like to go outside and talk to people much ,keeps to himself doesn't want to be a burden on anyone,,so I guess I need to be the burden for him! I haven't reported it yet but I am today and let's see what happens!

  Hosmer usually is a place when you heat about it, its not a good place. But all these places that have turned into Apartments from Motel have filtered out a lot of bad that was on Hosmer. It's now the Hope st vs Hosmer. Truthfully that's the reality.
