  I worked with Stephanie Herrmann over the month of December and into the new year trying to sell family property for my siblings that had dire economic challenges and whose adult children faced homelessness. The kids themselves were squatting on the property as they had no other place to go even after telling their mom they'd be out and not return. To be honest, it was a challenge. I'm not so sure I would have taken it on myself. There were a lot of problems. But Stephanie was amazingly professional throughout the whole process and took the time to see it through. It's clear she is very knowledgeable, has a command on the market, and even had a stellar recommendation on a legal attorney which was needed when the title itself was hung up. Bottom line is she is persistent and motivated to sell your property even under tough circumstances. I cannot thank her enough for finding a new buyer, giving the neighborhood some closure, and giving some financial relief to my down and out family members. This had to be one of the more challenging circumstances she has ever had and she delivered. Transparent, direct, and compassionate. Awesome. Thank you Stephanie. Everyone involved in this transaction won.
