  I would not recommend living here. We’ve had ongoing issues with mold caused by water coming in through the windows, and the underlying problem has never been properly fixed. Instead of repairing the windows, they simply cleaned the visible mold with bleach, which didn’t address the source of the issue. After the mold was treated, my child and I had to stay in the living room because our bedroom smelled strongly of bleach and mold for the rest of the day. It was a very unpleasant experience. Communication and maintenance have also been frustrating. We’ve been told multiple times that someone would come fix different issues, but they either don’t show up or the repairs never get completed. It’s disappointing to feel like concerns about the apartment and tenant safety aren’t being taken seriously. I hope management starts addressing the root causes of these problems instead of applying temporary fixes.

  Anoche rompieron los vidrios de más de 8 vehículos en el parqueo y la administración no hace por mejorar la seguridad, se han echo reportes de personas que pasan tomando y muchas cosas más ahí. que más tiene que pasar para que las cosas mejoren porque no es la primera ves que esto pasa
