  I've been living in 1202 Pearl for a while now and the truth is that I'm very happy to see how things have been improving little by little. You can see that they are looking forward to the details and that we as residents are at ease. The dog park is always impeccable and super well maintained, which is very much appreciated if you have a pet. In addition, the work team is the best Anderson, Eduardo, Miguel and Claire are super professional and always welcome you with a smile, helping in whatever is needed. It is very satisfying to see that the place where you live is very pleasant for your whole family.

  I recently moved to 1202 pearl and the truth has been a wonderful experience I really like their facilities and even more so the great work team that has made up of Eduardo Miguel, Anderson, and Claire of course they are always willing to help in everything one needs

  The service was great overall. They repaired a leak under my kitchen sink and checked a couple of appliances that weren’t working properly. Eduardo and Miguel were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Everything has been working well since the visit. Very satisfied with the service

  My family and I are very satisfied living at 1202 Pearl Apartments. Since Eduardo, Miguel, and Claire joined the team, we have noticed a big improvement in maintenance and response times. They recently repaired the dishwasher in our apartment, and everything works perfectly now.

  Living in 1202 Pearl has been a fantastic experience, but what really makes the difference is the human team they have. I recently had a problem with the sink in my apartment and the speed with which they managed it was incredible. I especially want to thank Eduardo, Miguel and Claire for their help. Not only were they super professional and efficient in solving the damage, but they were also incredibly kind and attentive to me throughout the process. It gives a lot of peace of mind to know that you have people like that when something unexpected arises in your home.
