  Living at 1202 Pearl Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The community is peaceful, the amenities are always clean, and maintenance is very reliable. Edu Mendoza, Claire, and Miguel Hernandez recently fixed a leaking kitchen faucet, and everything was completed quickly.

  Living at 1202 Pearl has been a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the maintenance team. Whenever I have needed assistance, they have been quick to respond and always willing to help. Their professionalism and positive attitude make a real difference. I especially want to thank Mendoza, Lopez, Hernandez, and Franco for their dedication and hard work. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and that the property is well cared for.
