  I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it! The office is always on top of any issues you may have, maintenance is super quick, and the property is always clean. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone makes you feel like family.

  The new management is very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Increasing rates to loyal tenants while discounting new tenants seems wrong.

  I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the team at Creekside Apartments, and their customer service truly stands out. They are professional, responsive, and always so kind and easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and the experience they provide. Communication is always smooth, and they go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. It’s been such a positive experience working with them—I would highly recommend Creekside Apartments based on their team alone!

  Jack and Jacob have been outstanding! They answered every question we had and provided solutions to every issue that came up( I have stories lol). They made this move for my husband and me incredibly seamless, all while delivering excellent customer service. On top of that, they bring their personalities into their work, making the entire experience feel more genuine,personal and comfortable. Thank you guys💛

  After living at Creekside for seven years, I can honestly say it’s a wonderful place to be. The management and maintenance staff are fantastic—they really care about the community and are always so friendly. I’ve been especially impressed by the new team; they’ve added great touches like dog parks and fun community events that make us feel even more at home. Plus, walking through the green spaces and nearby wetlands is the highlight of my day. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
