  Jack, Jacob, and Austen are great! They're super friendly and always happy to see ma and answer any questions I have. This is a great apartment to live in.

  After living at Creekside Apartment Homes for three years, I can say it is definitely the best apartment complex I've lived in (and I've lived in my fair share!). The leasing office staff are kind and responsive; we never had any issues getting in touch with maintenance, and the staff was accommodating of our ESAs. The property is well maintained and any time there was a mess or issue, the leasing office was quick to handle it. Our rent was also never raised by insane amounts like we had experienced in previous rentals. The only reason we didn't stay longer is because we were moving out of the area. If I ever needed a rental in Stanwood again, I'd definitely start here! Attached are some photos of our kitties, who also loved the apartment. :)

  This is the most beautiful, up to date, cleanest place I've ever lived. I'm enjoying living here. All the move-in info is so thoughtful and courteous. I'm moved by how much care and attention went into building these homes and the Management Staff giving us so much information about the neighborhood and providing resources. You are so helpful and this is a wonderful experience. Thank you so much! I've always lived in over priced out dated places, and I never thought I'd ever get to live at such a nice place as here.

  Leaf blowers at 9am every week, all blowing nothing, hedge trimmers for their stupid office cube hedges taking a centimeter off I LOVE not getting any sleep with the windows open because it's so damn hot and I get some dude under my open window blaring thier leafblower on max, once again not actually blowing anything The office doesn't even tell you WHEN they'll be doing it they just do, this place is NOT friendly if you work late at night ALSO the entire complex smells like the barn that is down wind every other week

  I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it! The office is always on top of any issues you may have, maintenance is super quick, and the property is always clean. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone makes you feel like family.
