  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Magnesium Village and Olivia Lindner. The customer service was honestly unacceptable from the moment I arrived, and overall, it was a terrible experience. I showed up just a few minutes early for my scheduled showing. Instead of being welcomed in and asked to wait in the designated waiting area, I was actually asked to leave the building entirely and come back at my scheduled time. I was not late, I wasn’t causing any issue, and I was only a few minutes early. Being told to leave rather than simply being allowed to sit and wait was incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome. Unfortunately, it got even worse when I returned for my scheduled showing. I was then told that I could not have the showing because I did not have a physical copy of my identification. I had a photo of my valid ID with me, but apparently that wasn’t sufficient. My biggest issue is that I was never informed beforehand that a physical ID was required. Had I been told this when the showing was scheduled, I absolutely would have brought it with me. Instead, I made the trip out there, arrived early, was asked to leave the building, returned at my scheduled time, and was then turned away because of a requirement that had never been communicated to me. I even tried to reschedule the showing for later that same day so I could go home, grab my physical ID, and return prepared. I was denied that option as well. There was apparently no willingness to work with me or find a reasonable solution to an issue that could have easily been avoided with proper communication. I completely understand that properties can have policies and identification requirements. What I don’t understand is why those requirements aren’t communicated to prospective renters ahead of time, why someone who arrives a few minutes early can’t simply wait in the designated waiting area, and why there was no effort to accommodate me after I was turned away. The entire experience felt unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and poorly handled. Good customer service starts with basic communication and treating people’s time with respect, and unfortunately, I experienced neither here. If you’re considering renting from Magnesium Village, I would strongly recommend confirming every single requirement in advance. Based on my experience, I would not rely on them to proactively communicate important information to you.

  This truly is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it here! All of the girls in the office have been kind and always helpful. Abby helped me the most with my move in and was truly so sweet, compassionate and kind. The property manager Jessica runs this community so well! The natural light in these homes is beyond amazing, the storage is incredible and my daughter loves walking to the playground they have here! This is a wonderful place to be. Thank you to everyone who works here!

  This place was great! The leasing staff was awesome and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend and if I was to move back to Spokane I would choose this complex! Thank you ladies in the office a for everything!!

  We loved our time at Magnesium Village! The staff here are so lovely and welcoming. Maintenance always came quickly to help us out when we needed it and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. I loved the community this complex fosters as well, with their yoga classes, pickleball tournaments, and fun, creative events for holidays or just because. Our unit itself was perfect for our time in Spokane. It had lots of natural light, a large balcony, and spacious living room and bathroom. Thank you for having us!
