- NNNicoleAug 8, 20265.0This truly is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it here! All of the girls in the office have been kind and always helpful. Abby helped me the most with my move in and was truly so sweet, compassionate and kind. The property manager Jessica runs this community so well! The natural light in these homes is beyond amazing, the storage is incredible and my daughter loves walking to the playground they have here! This is a wonderful place to be. Thank you to everyone who works here!

Maintenance always came quickly to help us out when we needed it and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. I loved the community this complex fosters as well, with their yoga classes, pickleball tournaments, and fun, creative events for holidays or just because. Our unit itself was perfect for our time in Spokane. It had lots of natural light, a large balcony, and spacious living room and bathroom. Thank you for having us!

Personable management and maintenance teams, the best I've ever experienced. Took care of anything I needed in ideal timing. Gorgeous place that they really care about. I had no issues with noise or my lovely neighbors. Also a great place for my dog! Super walkable neighborhood with 2 dog parks. The management team loves when residents bring them in to visit, super pet friendly.
