  The maintenance team here is great! Devin has fixed stuff in our place many times and always does a solid job. Response time is prompt and issues are resolved on the first try. Really nice to have a reliable team on hand!

  If you would like your personal space invaded and messed with while you're not home, this is the place for you! The management team here at Lincoln village apartments may seem like they mean well when you first meet them however they will treat you like a fly on the wall. They are unwilling to work with you on rent if you are struggling I am a single mom who on a couple months fell behind and was met with nothing but eviction notices and bangs at my door disregarding any respect to those inside the home (I have a 2 year old whom struggles to sleep so any sleep is well needed). I would personally discourage any single parent from renting any space from this management. Unless you know for sure you wouldn't need any grace period. As well every year you rent from this management company your rent will increase any given amount for the following year. Instead of rewarding you for staying they will make it more of a hassle.

  Beautiful place to live! The land lady’s are always kind and reasonable, the neighbors and their pets are great- the charm is unbeatable!

  My wife, myself and our young son just moved in here, and its been amazing. The office gals have been great! Extremely communicative and helped coordinate and get us all set up to move in since we were coming from out of town. The apartment itself is super cozy and perfect for our little family. The community as a whole is conveniently located to everything we're likely to need in town, but is also tucked away enough to be quiet, private, and feels very safe. We definitely picked the right place!

  This is the happiest safest I ever been and it's saying a lot because these last five years were almost my hardest emotionally but my happiest because of having a home here . The entire staff has given me and my son something we never actually have ever had until now and that's a real home. We have had to be at the mercy of others for most of his entire life and well yes mine too.. mental illness is my problem that causes such difficulties and not being approved social security until the 2021 and I started at age 16. So it's been hard and to have a home is the most important thing in life as far as what luxuries to be had if one is so blessed. We are the richest little family of two even though we have so very little when it comes to actual money. Thank God to be given housing and disability at the same time after all my years if being a prisoner to someone else's plan . It's a miracle really because I seem to have pretty rough go of it and by the grace of God I still have kept my home here and that's because of the huge hearts and compassion of these people that are caring for all of us at Lincoln village. It's a beautiful complex and it's safe ... First and ONLY place I ever lived in Spokane that I didn't have junkie ,drunk, tweeker, or small town wannabe gangster neighbors. It's almost over five years now ... Thank you Lincoln village with all my heart from all four of us the little furries and us.
