  I moved in to Lincoln Village Apartments a few months ago. The process to get approved and moved in was easy. I also noticed other little things that showed they actually cared. When I was given the keys, there was a cute little key chain on the keys that said “New adventures and new memories” and they had put some things in the apartment for me to just be nice like dishwasher detergent packets, coffee, snacks and water which most apartments give you anything. One time I called them and asked if they could go get a package off my door step so it wasn’t sitting there while i was gone. I also thought I misplaced my tablet in the club house and they helped me find that. I’ve called a couple times or sent emails and they answer it fast. The staff here actually cares. as for the actual place, well, the clubhouse is awesome and the pool is so clean. I really love it here and the tenants above me have been here 20 years, and the few people I’ve ran into at the pool or clubhouse have been here 5 years. So that kind of says it all. Whether you are new or not, they treat all of us the same. The property manager Betti will go above and beyond and it’s just her nature.

  I have had the best experiences at Lincoln Village! The service is always top notch. Any work orders have been handled quickly and completely resolved. I have been here about eight years, and the ladies in the office always answer all of my questions and concerns. They actually really care about their residents and plan very fun events for residents to enjoy. The property is gorgeous and very well taken care of.

  The maintenance team here is great! Devin has fixed stuff in our place many times and always does a solid job. Response time is prompt and issues are resolved on the first try. Really nice to have a reliable team on hand!

  Beautiful place to live! The land lady’s are always kind and reasonable, the neighbors and their pets are great- the charm is unbeatable!
