  From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The building is impeccably maintained, with modern amenities that make everyday living comfortable and convenient—whether it’s the state-of-the-art fitness center, the beautifully designed common areas, or the secure, well-lit parking. My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and filled with natural light. The finishes are high-end, and it’s clear that quality was a priority in every detail. I also love the location and the ease of access to restaurants like No-Li and Jack and Dan's. Living at Ironside feels more like being part of a luxury community than just renting an apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to call home.

  Run, if you are colored. They don’t waste your time they also charge you 200.00 at the time of your application for an hold fee…..and take up to two weeks to give you your money back on a mailed check!!! Just run!!!! They also charge you 100 to park on the PROPERTY/PARKING LOT!

  I love it here. Clean, new, lots of space and wonderful amenities. (I've never had an apt gym with an actual weightbar machine) Grill area is awesome and overlooks the river, huge field for dogs, community kitchen, study spaces, gate entry and fobs and apps, oh my! Plus the staff are super friendly and fun. they regularly throw free events for tenants, like charcuterie and drinks, yoga, movie nights, etc. Easy access to the Centennial, No-Li is a 5 min walk away. A huge beautiful mural by local artists on the sound wall for the train. I never hear the train or animals or babies in the building. Some sort of magic soundproofing... Ok ok, I could go on an on. This place rocks. Come live here. It's worth it.
